《You Raise Me Up》(你鼓舞了我)是一首流行歌曲，由『秘密花園』中的Rolf Lovland作曲，Brendan Graham作詞。該首歌原是愛爾蘭的傳統音樂，僅有旋律的作品。Rolf Lovland請Brendan Graham為該曲撰寫歌詞。
2001年《You Raise Me Up》在挪威的電視節目上首次演出，2003年David Walter Foster與Joshua Winslow Groban合作翻唱《You Raise Me Up》，廣受好評，讓《You Raise Me Up》成為一首非常膾炙人口的歌曲，被許多知名歌手翻唱，成為最成功的挪威歌曲之一。
該曲曾被御徒町凧改寫成日本電視動畫【羅密歐×茱麗葉】的片頭曲《祈り～You Raise Me Up》，並由韓國歌手朴正炫演唱。原文的版本也被當做插曲在【羅密歐×茱麗葉】中播出。2020年香港電影『熱血合唱團』也翻唱了這首歌。
