    红桃粿 | Red Peach Kueh | resep Tio Ciu Kue
    ◆ Filling Ingredients 内馅食材 ◆
    300g Glutinous Rice 糯米
    50g Peanut 花生
    100g shallots 红葱
    3 Tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
    2Tbsp Garlic 蒜末
    40g Sweet Preserved Radish 甜菜脯
    60g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    3 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
    1 Chinese Sausage 腊肠
    ★ Seasoning 调味料 ★
    1 Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    1 Tbsp Fish Sauce 鱼露
    1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
    ◆ Skin Ingredients 皮料食材 ◆
    420g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    300ml Water 水
    1 Tsp Salt 盐
    60ml Shallot Oil 炸葱油
    Red Edible Coloring 可食用红色素
    ★ Cooking Oil 炸油适量

    蒸好后剩余的糕可以放入冰箱冷冻保存吗?有一期你用火龙果做的皮有加粘米粉和这个很相似有什么分别?
