This is the first meditation I ever did. It was during a yoga class over 30 years ago. I had an amazing experience. I had no expectations, just went with it and can still remember it to this day :)

Same for me when I was on the beach Jesus was waiting and he just listened to all my problems and fears while we were moving to the light. I don’t know how to describe what I felt but the last time I actually cried was only a couple tears at a funeral and this time I don’t know what was going on but I felt like everything is going to be alright
My beach was beautiful. Pink sand. Black water. Full big blue moon in daylight. I didn't want to leave. I didn't receive any feeling or messages. But before this meditation my mind was racing I felt so much tension in my body my mind was cluttered and now I feel relaxed and in the present moment and my head is clear. Thankyou
My message was to let go while I met my future self. It hugged me while I was a little girl again. It was very beautiful. Thank you for the meditation Suzanne

This opened the door to my hogher self told ke to love my family more and not worry about anything
I starting flying and felt super free… I was so excited and care free… my higher self was watching me fly alll around with enjoyment and said he was proud of me

That was beautiful thanks. My beach was night time without clouds in the sky and i could see the Milky way galaxy in the sky and its reflection in the water. The light at the end of the way was like a big diamond looking time portal. But then my mind got distracted thinking about my twin flame. It was out of this world experience. Thank you again 🙏♥️

I got an itch just as I got into the light. So when I resettled and went back in, I saw myself already there from before. So I gave me a hug.

When I reached the light I was reminded that God can dream and my creation came dream and I am breathing God while he is breathing me
So much love and warmth. I saw myself about 5 years old.
I went down the stairs as me, and returned as a butterfly. I'm not sure what that means. This is my first time having this experience. Thank you for your guidance.

Your voice and message really resonate with me. My Higher Power appears as a massive bear, and I find myself resting against it. I feel his/ her fur and it makes me feel safe and loved. I’m surrounded by love and peace. It’s a beautiful meditation. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the meditation Suzanne, just what I needed, so much warmth as I came closer to the light. I felt my body and face glowing with the warmth. It's just past mid winter in Cape Town, I can assure you it is not warm today.🌟

I really enjoyed this and want to try it again tomorrow. Have not been meditating that long but have noticed I have a pretty accurate inner clock to know how long I have been under. At the conclusion felt certain that only 10 minutes had passed but was actually was 22. Reading the comments I see I wasn’t the only person who noticed this.
Working against me was I really bad itch going in my eye. Without this I think the experience would have been a lot deeper.
Do feel really calm now and thanks for video. I will definitely try it again

This is Jerry in Idaho and the message that I received which I didn't think I was receiving one until I received one and it just happened to be the most warped and we're just strangest message and I couldn't figure out how my highest power would send me a message like that a picture of a gun going off and a child being killed and me seeing it all happen and it just was a horrible horrible message. Then I took a minute to assess and more understand the message, what i then seen was a message telling me to hide my ammunition and hide my gun and to put my gun in the safe, for safe keeping.
So it wasn't as bad or at all what I thought. It was a message to secure my weapon, so thank you. That's very awesome, and I did receive a message. Thank you, Jerry, in Idaho

Wow! That felt like it was maybe 10 minutes. I didn’t get any messages, but my body was vibrating, my soul or something felt so energized. Like there was some sort of electrical field around me, or actually like a triangle from my head to each hand. It was awesome. Thank you for this. ❤❤❤
Oh my gosh the same I don’t remember anything at all. Went by super fast
Me too. Felt as if I was asleep but I was aware of her voice
I wanted to get to the light. It’s all I ever want. And I started to cry. I’m still crying. A hand caressed my face and wipes away my tears. It told me that it’s ok. And to stand up. And for a few moments I felt like I was home. I didn’t want to come back to reality. I wish I could just stay there.

I was presented with multiple higher powers. I heard “we are here” over and over again, I was also shown a couple dark energies prior to entering that light and as I entered the light I was engulfed in blue light hitting my torso and I was lifted off of the ground and held ever so gently in place. I was told I was cleansed. I was told to return here at another time but what was cleansed from me was residual dark forces that used to plague my conscious mind. I have been working on opening up my heart chakra due to past experiences even more and I was told this cleansing was essential. It shocked me as I sage, meditate, do many things to clear my energy so when I saw the two of them, it was shocking but I wasn’t afraid. They were. One was angry and one was shocked.

I loved this guided meditation so much ❤ yes i hope everybody takes care until next time.... I recieved so much love and support from my angels in a dream that I had at the beach, I didn't see their faces but I could feel them hugging me in that dream surrounded by bright white 🤍 light 🫀 everybody here felt powerful after this beautiful session, also we loved your beautiful voice ❤ plz keep sharing more such guided meditation ❤ we all need your voice and the power your voice gave

I didn’t get any message but I felt love, safety and healing. I saw a bottle and as I drank that liquid all my impurities started coming out. Thanks Suzanne! Meditation felt like 5 mins .

I didn’t get any messages in the light itself but Jesus was waiting for me on the beach and I just started crying I wanted to rush down the steps so fast and just collapse and hug him. It was very surreal to me I don’t cry much but I did shed a tear for sure. Everything is gonna be ok for me now I can feel it! There’s always a plan!

I really love this meditation. I felt so relaxed and out of body. I felt the message we all want love and to be heard 🖤 my higher self was pure yellow and white light.

I felt like I didn’t want to leave my higher power. I was able to listen and speak to it. I was able to make the connection I needed that couldn’t be found I think without this hypnotherapy meditation. Parts of me that were scared were able to connect to our Divine. That was amazing! I felt so much love when I stepped into the lights. My whole body felt alive. I hot the image of a castle crumbling and black dirt falling into the ocean. Then I got a message that my walls are coming down and beautiful new grow is behind it. Thank you, you are so gifted

My path continued into the sea, went under, I could breathe normally, the path was bordered by luminescent plant forms, the light was a pink-gold orb. When I stepped into the light I instantly turned into an embryo. Floating peacefully. Maybe it meant I was making peace with the fact my teen mom attempted to abort me.🦄🌈🌸

Your voice is so calming! When i entered the light i was engulfed in a huge hug and felt so much love surrounding me. I also saw a beautiful raven with shiny black feathers and a pointy beak appear for a few seconds right in front of my third eye.
Beautiful meditation, right at the end I saw a man attached to a cross he rose out of a river and went up, he had a brown cloth with a hood 💫💞
I was a little bit distracted by some ants crawling over me since I did this in a park lol, but it gave me a great sense of serenity and more connectivity with my higher power. Thank you❤

When I stepped into the light, I was surrounded by pink hued light. At first it was a warm yellow white. After a few moments I was drifting in the sky and saw very clearly a forest. Than a big lake in a valley with houses and boats. I felt oneness with it all and loving all that I saw.
that was pure bliss! beautiful feminie soothing voice combined with wonderful music.. excellent, faded away into nothing and everything at the same time, kind of floating , flying sensation. peace. Thank you so much for this!

When I got into the light I saw my younger self at many ages
Thank you so much!! I found your channel yesterday, this is the second meditation I do with you. On the path to the light the ground started to fall and I began to run. Any insight to why this would come up? I did not feel scared or panicked, which was interesting. When I got to the light it embraced me and filled me with love, peace and joy.

My path was flowers that looked like an oil painting. I dove into the light and burst into color and energy that went all over the universe and back to me.

I saw little me 😢 I told her we are safe and loved
I was told I have pain I need to release before I can connect to my higher self.
I was vibrating all over. Beach had crisp blue sea.
I was in a gold light. It felt like a bubble. A higher source called my name. Wert sure if it was God or my guardian angels, as I have 3.
When i got to the part about relaxing eye muscles like elastic rubber bands i couldn't stop thinking of the feeling of the opposite, rubber bands snapping and i couldn't shake it off and get back in the moment. I like your voice though so will try a different one and hope for the best
It is just a metaphor :) I love meditation and hypnosis because they help us to not be so bothered by the small insignificant things. Practicing regularly can help you to have a strong mindset, allowing you to let go of little things like this :) I do not use this metaphor in all my sessions but I do use it sometimes :) If you are enjoying a session, and I say a small thing you do not maybe like you can just let it pass and continue to enjoy the experience :) This is honestly such a small part of the session, and I believe I only say it the one time :) Thank you for trying it though and have a lovely day !
@@SuzanneRobichaudHypnotherapist I have an eye phobia I have been working on, so unfortunately not a little thing to me (yet!) I've been using your other meditations that don't mention that though and they're great. Maybe in a year I can try this one again to see if it feels different.

Did anybody else see a person on the beach? I won’t specify who it was for me, but I did see someone on the beach and we had a conversation. Then when we stepped into the light we continued the conversation and by the end when I was coming back up the stairs I wanted more time for more questions. They said I could come back anytime.
“I accept myself”
I was in a vast sterile white room that seemed to go on forever. In the corner was a plain white table with a male figure at the table. On the table was a book that was open and he seemed to be taking notes/inventory. I asked him the same question I’ve been asking myself lately… Who am I, who am I supposed to be, and I told him “I’m listening.”
my higher power was a beam of light, think of the northern lights but in a 3D form 🥰😂 what a cool experience, thank you🙏❤️

The craziest thing happened. So preface, I don’t know if I can have children or not. But while I was meditating after I went into the light where my higher power was, there was a presence in there and then all of the sudden a little girl ran up to me and grabbed onto my legs hugging me and holding onto me. Then a second child, I think it was another little girl, ran up and grabbed my other leg, hugging me and then they started running around me and playing together….it felt like God was introducing me to my future children.

You should bloom where you are planted however plant yourself in a position to bloom

Sorry about that. I usually try to leave music going for a bit before I end it so that does not happen.
I don't know what this means, but I kept seeing an eye, like a Wolf,, it kept fading in and out, like clouds were passing over the light. I couldn't just see the light, things were spinning around me, like fragments of light.
I was thinking of my dog that passed last year
I tried doing this on my balcony but got distracted because I felt like there were always ants or flies trying to crawl on me. I’ll try again tomorrow

I am not sure why you had this type of response? You should not experience any negative feelings from this session. I hope the feeling went away quickly.
I do Iv lost 2 dogs and the was my life I lived for my furbabies. I am picking up peoples pain all the time. My spiritual tutor said that to me. I did a spiritual deep clean and at the end I got the most beautiful feeling I saw my dogs. It was amazing
Sorry I got a tight feeling at my throat so sorry.
Iv been really down Iv recently lost 2 dogs who I lived for they was my life. The tightening sensation was at my throat. But I wasn’t scared I felt ok. After that I did a deep clean meditation and at the end my hole body felt amazing. I saw my dog’s faces god bless them. I only lost my Misch on 11-8-24 it’s just over 3 weeks and it’s affected me badly. And my other Furbabie I lost 10-10-23 so all Iv felt is pain Iv been so run down. I do hope you understand what I’m saying

I felt startled, almost a bit afraid, when I stepped into the light. Go figure... I didn't see of hear anything in there. Visualizing is not super easy for me.
Don’t worry about visualizing, just think about it … it is just as effective and often when you just let go and just think about it, you become more visual :)
