I am in the same situation, but my relocation timeline is 4 to 5 years. I am keeping the Savannah area on my short list.
Love my town of Rincon. We are steadily growing economically with new additions of restaurants and other businesses. We may end up catching Pooler one day if this growth spurt i see continues.

Hi I am moving to Savannah from Philly but I have never been. I found a town home I love in Port Wentworth but I don’t know if it’s a good area. Any tips?
Hi Sarah! I live the next town over in Rincon. I like Port Wentworth a lot. It's close to the city and shopping but relatively inexpensive. What neighborhood is it in?
It’s a new development called Saint Augustine. It says it’s near Amberly Estates.
@@sarahlathrop6922 Amberly Estates is lovely so if it's next to that I think you'll like it. Close to a killer seafood market too! Woods Seafood, freshly caught shrimp and crabs dirt cheap. 😋
