Me too, it’s been almost three months since i finished my first play through and I still think about it, it makes me very sad, and I’ve cried. I think it’s the character development, you see him change, rockstar spent so long on him, they’ve done it so well he feels real, you know everything he’s thinking, and you feel like you know him, it’s like losing a friend. It’s truly heart breaking, you know he wants to be good, he doesn’t want to do wrong but that’s all he knows, and that’s how he protects himself.

He's the closest thing we have left to Arthur
I think Dutch finally realised how Arthur was wise/the voice of reason like Hosea & that he had been right, but it was too late to listen to him when he told him, "I gave you all I had, I did."
We need men like Arthur. Strong, fearless, loyal, compassionate to the weak, and true grit. Long live the memory of this outstanding man.
They're out there but they come into our lives and leave like dust in the wind. Some make marks.. Others keep going and changing others for the better but one thing never changes. That one thing that keeps us going. The one small thing we all take for granted at times. That one thing is hope.
Few and far between. It's important that you live, and live in a wide and vast way. It is there in that expanse that you meet the true blue individuals of this world. You learn from them, and maybe they'll learn from you too.
My hero is named Arthur Morgan. This gentleman taught me so much in life. In life we can have people with good advice but none comes to this gentleman's feet. It was an honor to be Arthur Morgan
I cried. I cried so hard.. Arthur lost so much but yet he did everything for everyone. And that´s why he´s gonna be one of my favorite characters for ever.
I'm always glad to see the lady gamers out there who have just as much hurt and emotional attachment to Arthur as much as the guys do! ✌️

It's amazing how a bunch of lines of code and words muttered into a mic can make such an amazing character.
this may not be exact, but what if the reason Arthur is so lovable... is because he represents the part of us saying "when is it enough?"
It was not just voice, but the whole performance capture. Thanks to Roger Clark for making this character so alive that it kills you from inside.
Arthur Morgan will always rest in piece. Even in the wind, rain or cold, he will always be by your side. When he died, john would live on his legacy and be a god damn man.
2:38-3:45 send chills down my spine reminded me of all the good times with the game and all the broken shells it left us of what the game was and along with Arthur rockstar's greatest protagonist.
The moment you chose are so amazing...it shows everything arthur did for gang. He rolled, he blowed, he ran even shot for gang. Plus, showing shocked John's facial expression, thats a pure gold

My mom didn't understand how I could be so wrapped up in a game and get so emotional from it, I showed her this and she really liked the song, I also told her the plot of the game, but in the perspective of a movie, and she immediately understood. Long live Arthur's Morgan's memory, the best character and protagonist to ever be put into a game.

I’m glad this game exists, it matured me and changed me for the better. It made me see the world and nature as a beautiful and bloody mess. The story of Red Dead Redemption is perfect, if Rockstar said the story of these games were based on real life events, I would believe them. The story is realistic, the characters, the wildlife, the towns, the settings, everything is realistic. It’s like someone at Rockstar went back in time with a camera and just filmed everything.
Its crazy how a video game can make you feel so close to a character. Gotta say this is probally my favorite games out there.
It is 2020, almost a year since i last finished the whole storyline in rdr2 , i cannot continue to the end more than once since my heart can t take such pain... seeing him die again...

While I love RDR 2 and Athur is one of my Favorite characters in a game ever, I still like John more.. His gruffness and seriousness I felt stood him out from most of Rockstar's characters. His story was just so unfair and it gets me everytime I see him betrayed by the Pinkertons (Who are actually trying to sue Rockstar for defamation, which is BS. They actually did do a lot of horrible crap at the turn of the 18th century. They killed Strikers and didn't operate lawfully) . He did everything that he was trying to get his family away from in the second game, because they took everything he had, and when his son ends up killing Ross and becoming a part of what John never wanted him to, it just hits right in the feels.
Dont have to choose only one, you can love both like I do

Thing I think makes Arthur Morgan so special is that he's one of the only characters with feelings. He seems negative on the outside but in certain times he's soft and caring

I can't believe it's almost 2 years after the release of this masterpiece of a game..
At the end of the game I was holding back tears as Arthur was saving john until john said "you're my brother" then I cried the ugliest cry ever, this is more then a game, i lost the part of myself when Arthur died

This was so powerful and emotional it brought me to tears such a perfect tribute to such an emotional story. Arthur Morgan was a man who gave more than humanly possible and was repaid with nothing nearly as valuable. One of the most impactful stories I’ve ever experienced and the most memorable protagonist I think I’ll ever meet.

Arthur Morgan, not just the main character, but a real person with a true story, I have replayed red dead redemtion 2, 5 times, on different endings and I confirm that rdr2 is the best game! In terms of storyline, gameplay and graphics, Rockstar has done a great job, not in vain 6 years of work. Many thanks to the author, video for the video!

Probably not just enjoy his character now because if you have too much of him he's just boring Arthur is an excellent character which you can only enjoy once. Even tho I am for an prequel with young Arthur but he's not playable I'd like to play as Dutch or Hosea

Or when he sent the girls off before riding to the cave. There's a few moments i cried like a baby lol
I find it crazy that Arthur goes through so much for Dutch and the gang. When the music kicked up and it shows him leaping onto trains and the explosions. It really makes you think if he's fictional. He worked so hard and despite being a cold and rude man he changed. He righted his wrongs. The game really gets you attached to these characters just to kill them off. It's hard to think that Arthur is fake. He's one of the only fictional characters that stuck in my head and heart. It broke a piece of me when he was killed. R.I.P Arthur Morgan, the best of us all.

I used to be addicted to video games and grew out of them eventually but this game drew me back to it. Arthur is one hell of a character and goddamn is he relatable from doing bad things and living with the regret and guilt to mary. I have a woman who confused me played me like a fiddle like no one else, just like arthur. She told me she loved me and then the next day falsely accused me of rape just to make herself look better and i lived with that every day for over a year. We can all relate to arthur in one way or another he taught me what redemption means and how to be the best man you can. Rest in the west, cowboy.
