🌊 Also tried the Revlon Colorstay in the pool, under the shower, and in the beach and it lasted in all those wear tests! It's the only drugstore foundation I tried that lasts really well on my skin in my tropical climate. 🌴☀️
One of my favorites, and it's better than high end.
I haven't worn it at the pool, but I have used it on a long, 15 hour flight. I was a little dewy on the t-zone, but perfect everywhere else. I just touched up with a little powder towards the end of the flight.
I always take it with me when I travel, because I know it will last. Now I will try it when going to the beach and pool, thank you for the suggestion!👍
@@cm_mb It definitely is better than a lot of high end foundations! I also bring it with me when I travel cos it lasts the whole day on my oily skin and it still looks good even after touch up. As for wearing it in pool or beach, like Zabrena said in the vid, just make sure you don't touch/rub your face and it will last the entire time.

Just bought the Mac because of your video, and it was amazing! Had a safety training - emergency first aid, fire fighting, survival at sea - I was hot, sweaty, and I was at the pool for about an hour. Coverage was still on point. Really needed this as I just came off bc pills after 10 years and my cystic acne + scars are horrendous 😢 this gave me much needed confidence to be around people, thanks so much ❤
For anyone else like me who's on a budget, Revlon Colorstay is another great option for sweat/waterproof foundation. I also live in central Florida so the heat and humidity is almost always above 90 🥵

I’m sure people who don’t live in zones 8,9,10 (semi tropical and tropical) areas don’t understand what it is to need a waterproof foundation. Perspiration, rain, and swimming all happen pretty regularly in my zone 9. Thank you SO much for doing the research and posting this info Zabrena! I’ve never been disappointed by anything you’ve recommended! High five!
This is awesome! Do this for every type of makeup! Everyone would love that! Like mascara, eyeliner, brows, cream and powder eyeshadow, setting spray, etc. Sky is the limits! 🎉
I know for a fact the older wet n wild liquid eyeliner is WATERPROOF! I wear it to amusement parks with water just for that reason. It is more work to come off but baby oil works great! Lancome has a great waterproof mascara that I pair it with. ❤

I love the Jelly Pop line, particularly the skincare portion and the mint one too. I'm oily and it's nice having a gel/water based formula
So yeah I live in the desert and am inside and outside all day.... it’s brutal during most of the months due to the heat plus menopause!! Everything melts off!

When you go to a pool party, you wear makeup. You're not spending your entire time in the water, and you want to look good the whole time. So, yes, we need waterproof, sweatproof makeup...especially if you live somewhere hot (like me in TX or Z in FL).
Can you try body foundations for swimming? I have KP and eczema so I'm very insecure about them and summer is a very troubling season for me. Also, I've heard Ben Nye Final Seal spray is great for making makeup smudge and waterproof but have you ever used it? If not, can you try it in a video? Love you xx

I like to wear my sunscreen and foundation products at the beach - I look nice and it's additional spf protection.
My only question about that is how do you reapply your sunscreen then?

I will be a grandmother soon and I have ALWAYS worn makeup in the pool!! I am also very fair and, before it was "cool", I wore sunscreen and then foundation with some bronzer over the top. I also wear mascara (waterproof, of course) because I also have blonde eyelashes. I used to go sailing with friends or to the beach and I do NOT stick my head in lake water. Now that I live near you, I wear it for sunscreen coverage over my sunscreen. One tip I have is to mix No 7 foundation drops in to my sunscreen. 2 for 1!! Love it! Yes, some of us like to have some coverage on our skin w/out looking oily and even fresh after a swim during the warmer months. I use Mac Studio Fix Powder foundation or Mineral Skin Finish only during times when I am out at a restaurant, or outings with friends and/or family. I must say that the Mac waterproof foundation did not look half bad at all after a swim. 😌 Kind of natural-looking, non-greasy and fresh! Thank you for sharing Zabrena! P.S. and by the way.. loving 🥰 my lashes from your great lash line! 🤗

The kitty at the end of the video!!!!!!!! Omg! Its (dunno boy or girl) BEAUTIFUL! I've never seen that one and I've been watching you for years. I've seen the other kitty, Nikko. But that one, the color is so pretty! I dunno if its just the camera or what, but it looks to me like the same color of your hair! GORGEOUS!!!! so is nikko!....... Estee lauder double wear!!! That stuff stays on no matter where, no matter what, no matter who!!! There is a waterproof powder by catrice that is amazing too. Even if my foundation isn't waterproof, I can put that powder on and no matter what, what ever I'm wearing stays. (My brows especially! I have NO brows, what little I have is blonde. So I do my brows, put on a little of that catrice powder and then setting spray, nothing goes anywhere! Of course as long as I'm not rubbing my face. But some touches here n there it still stays) also the urban decay all nighter anything is amazing in the pool, in the summer for us oily skin gals. The foundation (which is full full coverage and NOBODY wants that anymore but I still like, no love my full coverage. No matter whats trending I like my coverage. Maybe not in the pool. But any of the all nighter stuff does stay in the pool too) anyway the foundation, powder, setting spray, all of it! The setting spray will transform any foundation, almost, into waterproof and sweat proof!...... OK sorry for the big long comment. My comments always seem to end up that way. I will be traveling to dance next month and tried the L'Oreal Infallible Foundation powder. My skin is quite dry, but I was impressed by how nice the foundation looks. I got the Soft Ivory N1, which matches my skin perfectly. Thank you for the recommendation!

I love shisheido suncare BB spf 50. Its stays in the pool and at the beach. Its difficult even to remove and resist sweat. The down side is their color selection, only 3 shades in Spain. It covers a lot too

Highly interested in affordable drugstore face sunblock and maybe some affordable foundations that are kind of sweat-proof yeah that's my situation looking for makeup that's pretty sweat proof these are great videos with loves you just maybe do even more like part twos
I haven't been able to find a drugstore but my HG transfer proof foundation that doesn't budge is the Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte. It's incredible

@@emilyb4865 sure thing! I hope they never discontinue it! It's beautiful and doesn't melt off my face. Right now it's on sale on the TF website although you get 1.6 oz instead of the standard 1 oz so it's one of the more affordable high end foundations imo

@@emilyb4865 yes in fact this foundation is not a flat matte but I use the Elf Plus Glow Radiant Moisturizer as a primer and it leaves a beautiful sheen underneath

I enjoyed this video I have worn revlon colorstay in the pool and it held up pretty okay. At the beach I did have on bare mineral original powder foundation. Was shocked it lasted from being in the ocean.

Our wonderfully warm weather is perfect for your pool! I'm so happy to see what shade you used in the L'Oreal foundation. We are twins in our shades and now I can buy it knowing it'll work for me, too! (Which do you use in the L'Oreal Infallible ProMatte? I looked at it today and wondered if I was 101.5 or 102. Loreal Infallible Freshwear is one of my favorite foundations. It's a holy grail for me. I don't wear foundation or makeup if I'm just swimming with the grandkids or family but I do like to wear a little foundation when I go to a pool party, or a cookout with friends where we'll be sitting outside on a deck or poolside in the summer heat. I haven't worn the Loreal Freshwear Infallible swimming yet but it holds up pretty well for me in the summer depending on how I prep my skin. I always keep a pressed powder with me to touch up if needed. Did you test these without a primer or moisturizer? Thank you so much for this video! I truly appreciate all that you do!! ❤

I'm ALWAYS on the hunt for sweatproof makeup as I live in Florida, like you do. Would you say sweatproof is different to waterproof? When I'm outside sweating, I can't help but touch my face to stop the perspiration. And then it slides right off. The best one I ever found was the Schiseido one in the little blue bottle, which they have of course discontinued! I'm trying the other one you mentioned, the Loreal fresh wear powdery type foundation. So sick of having to deal with this in this weather in Florida. Thank you Zabrena!

I always thought we were about the same color in foundations, but the color I'm between in Freshwear is 400-405(I usually mix them). Now I'm thinking of getting 412 to see if that matches me better!!
Question on face masks at night please? After cleansing face, do you tone before putting sheet mask on and do you moisturize after you take off?
FV foundation they have it on Walmart app if in the US that thing will last days it’s sweat proof water proof and heat proof !
