House Flipper 2: Two custom builds

Today I have two properties for you, both of them were houses where I complete demolished the house and built a new one. So I have one complete build tour and sale, and the second property is the first part of a build that still needs to have some work done which we will finish on Thursday.

Hurray! Finally, some of the things you have been waiting for are back in the game. 🍨 delivery, how nice. 🍫 for Merc and Ali. I think you should try a roof just for the experience. If it drives you crazy then go with the flat roof. I vote for Living room on the right/ not the room with the stairs.

Hmm, maybe I’ll move it over the weekend. Actually, it sort of makes sense because the room with the stairs opens directly into the kitchen.

I agree. I think the living room should be on the right. Maybe have a dining room g room in the room with the stairs.
