I skated at hot wheels before it was Superwheels since the 80’s and ended up working here for a year and a half. I miss this place a lot. Adult nights would have over 300 people and jamming hard. Good video by the way. But the old crew really threw it down much better.

There it is, my skating spot and what is apparently its theme song! 😆 I have such great memories from the 80s and 90s here. No doubt Miami Freestyle is it's own amazing genre that takes me right back. Diamond Girl, Silent Morning, Dream Boy / Dream Girl... SOOO MANY JAMS! Thank you for this!

They make it look like they are just standing there as the floor makes them move. They are so very smooth !! I remember I couldn't wait for Saturday night to get here and go do this !

I dont get to the rink I live in the boonies. Im skatin on the streets alone. 3 miles away is a family dollar their parking lot is smoothe And I skate inside when I go up there to buy a few groceries. I dont even kick inside i scooterbob and hockeystop. Nearest school is 6 miles its got a covered breezeway that goes from kindergarten to 8th grade its smoothe

@@Dontdothat5300 Luckily Covid happened in 2020 and not 1990 when I was a 13 year old going to this skating rink.Now you have the internet with Netflix,RUclips and all the tech to make time pass.A lockdown back in those days would've sucked.
I went yesterday to Saturdays session 1-4 and saw 3 people vaping in the building. so sad all those poor people including myself that need to breathe that junk while were there trying to have fun.
