This is the first part of a two-parts series on the new Beat Breaker multi-effects plugin in Logic Pro 10.8. In this video I demonstrate how to get started using Beat Breaker, and how to use all of the time edit mode features. Enjoy. Support the sponsor of this video! I swear, you take these topics and break them down so a 5 year old can understand them. Still can't fully wrap my head around how you do it. Thank you MusicTechHelpGuy!
I just wanted my first ever comment on RUclips to be reserved for the legend that is MusicTechHelpGuy. Thank you for everything you do. I've not updated to 10.8 yet because I'm still running Monterey; but when I do, I know where I'll be coming first to get up-to-speed. All the best!
Dude, you totally rock. I’m only 9 minutes into the video and you’ve already given me enough info to experiment with for a year!!! Gratitude. You’re my go-to-guy for inspiration.. I’ll tag you on my new releases that you’ve greatly helped my workflow with - truth!!
I like the way you approached this. I've only used this plugin a little, and so far I've done only zany things with it. It's good to know that you can use it to easily do more subtle re-arrangement of a loop, but still keep it sensible if you want to. Hadn't really thought about that use case.
Hey, thanks so much for this tutorial and especially regarding the limitations in 8:00 (no one else talking about on YT) I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to figuring out why my bounces sounded different, I have the latest macbook pro, no overloading issues what so ever and yet whenever I bounced the track (no matter if midi or audio track) beat breaker wouldn't bounce it. You explained why, however I noticed the same latency issue even when I lower the bar instead of lifting. So no matter what beat braker is CRAP!!!!!! It can't handle real time processing while bouncing. no more beat breaker in my projects, it's a nightmare!
This is awesome! Can you also start a series with using the Drummer and third party VSTs? Would love to learn how to use it with addictive drums! I appreciate you and the time you take to create these awesome videos!🙏🏿
Hello, I need a little help. Do you know how to transfer Logic Projects from a Time Machine Backups to a new Mac? Do you have step by step instructions and has it worked for you?
