they're all mocking PB and J at 2:21 but then they all dig it in outlander season 5 episode 11 xD
i absolutely love all 4 of them😍😂 their so fun together 👏🏽👍🏽
*they’re
Richard is so sexy with his strong scottish accent. He´s got me as he said "American popcorn" XD
He changes it slightly for the show Richard is Glaswegian irl but roger is from Inverness closer to the highlands so it’s a slightly different accent I’d say he worked with the vocal coach carol ann to perfect it same as Sam did as he’s from dumfries and Galloway and Jamie is a highlander dumfries and Galloway is more lowland Scotland but Sam has also spent time in Edinburgh as a teen so it’s got a bit of that in his real life accent .
😄😄😄😄Sam--Available for funerals , parties, wedding 😀😀😀😀👌🏻
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is it weird that as an American I loved them roasting on us?
Sam is such a clown I love him!😂😍
Best interviewer ET could hope to have. Puts the others to shame.
As a Canadian, I also never understood the thing about taking the 'u' out of some words that have it. Weird.
Hi Jessica! Yeah, I don't know why "we" took the U's out either..?? Maybe, America wanted to be SOO different from Brittan, that the powers that be (at the time) decided "screw U'S in OUR form of the English language.. Oh, and by the way.. Let's dump the metric system, so it's difficult for our citizens to figure anything mathematical EVERYWHERE else in the world." Hummm.. :o)
Jessica D Okay, so I’m in favor of adding the “u” back in no probs.
American English is less "French" so no "U"s . . . it's more phonetic. Aluminum, by the way is the "original" way of spelling and pronouncing the word - but "aluminium" was another option, and it caught on in Great Britain, while in America, the original "aluminum" remained.
I hate sweet potatoes (yams), with the marshmallows on top, too! Cranberry sauce ON the turkey?? Never! That's gross. I'm not a fan of the cranberries except as dried fruit - in a trail mix, maybe. That stuff called "Fluff"? That's a New England thing - we don't eat it, here in the Midwest. We like our sauerkraut, apfelstrudel, kielbasa, and perogies, etc.!
it's because when they started to print newspapers, it became more and more expensive per letter, so they started to take out unnecessary letters such as the "u" in some words. As a result, they started to pronounciate it differently.
@@GOC22 I have to disagree. After doing a bit of research, I did find some info somewhat pertaining to what Roger Quarton said above about being less French. Some words derive from French ("-our" words) and others from Latin ("-or" words). In the 16th and 17th centuries, it was argued that words from French should be spelled with the u and words from Latin spelled without it. At some point, some scholars argued that only "-our" should be used or only "-or" should be used (one or the other, but not both) because the etymology for some words was unclear. I guess both Britain and USA decided to follow that and Britain chose the French way and the US the Latin way, perhaps as a way to further distance itself from Britain around the time of the Revolution? Who knows!
If what you say is the case, why only target the letter 'u'? Why not eliminate other "unnecessary" letters (like 'c', for example, which makes both a 'k' sound and an 's' sound, and would therefore be unnecessary because we have both 'k' and 's')? Also, the pronunciation of words doesn't change if you keep the 'u' or not. "Colour" and "color" are pronounced the same. Same with "honour" and "honor", "neighbour" and "neighbor", "behaviour" and "behavior", etc.
They are all so precious
Many people find cranberry sauce weird with turkey, mostly that jelly in a can. That being said, I hated the jelly in a can until my daughter made this incredible tangy, sweet, sour and savory fresh cranberry chutney one year....and now I must have it, every year. AMAZING. TRY IT.
I don't know anyone who puts cranberry sauce on their turkey and I make it fresh, lol
Parties with peanut butter and jam makes everything taste sweeter lol
Love these silly humans!!
I love Outlander🥰🥰🥰
This was when Sam was filming Bloodshot right? not just because of his hair but he looks massive as well especially in this interview he's much leaner now
Ok it's all fun and games until you dis peanut butter and jelly. It's just the best ever!
Peanut butter and jam (or as the Americans say jelly) is my favourite sandwich
We have kettle corn it’s slightly sweet and I’m obsessed with it.
I love how they’re bashing the American language xD sorry Americans, but I’m with team outlander on this one
I agree and I'm American 😉 the American metric system is useless as well ...but I do love pb&j
I'm Canadian... as if you can't tell by my Canadian flag thingy. But yes, what does America have against "u". I agree with Caitronia.
oh me too and I am an American sadly
@@sammykim1492 right. They only have to buy a creamy peanut butter. Seems I don’t hear them say anything complimentary, ever. And they are on U.S. soil, for heaven’s sake. They have so many viewers here. They reference the U.S. as America. This should include Canada, South America. It is a continent.
At least they didn't try a so call New York accent. The whole New York accent attempt is offensive. I was born and raised here and I don't have an accent. Where’re my fellow Brooklynites?
Just look at Sam next to Richard😍. The bulk.
Sam was filming Bloodshot and he bulked up for the movie.
Clearly, they've never tried caramel corn... My God that is so good. Salted caramel popcorn 😌
[Talking about weird American foods when there’s mention of Marshmallow Fluff]
Richard: [Suddenly awoken] “FLUFF!”
xD
I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! They're the best! I now eat it with a cup of coffee. Yas! Living my best life.
🙋♀️💓👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💓Thanks🙏ENews🤩💃🏼We need more of this💘
This was hilarious! 😂😂😂😂
They should put Sam and Richard on something, they'd be hysterical together hahaa
I can relate to everything they say!
So funny ! Love the accents !
The way Cait look at Sam...
How hysterical!
Sam ist ein super Typ, und ein Spaßvogel 😂(er könnte auch Komiker sein ) die Macher von Outlander haben ein super Team 👍👍👍💖
Love this 🥰💖 so entertaining 🤩💖😍
We have sweet popcorn too!
This is awsome..
😂😂😂 i love this so much!
these guys an girls crack me up
Peanutbutter & jelly on toast is great for breakfast.
Born in England but grew up in Canada so I’m team Outlander 💯. Why do we change the English language? Wth.
How ironic that Caitriona hates PB&J!!!!! 😵
In Maine for great lobster rolls
Don't quit your day job, Sam! Are you channeling your inner Seinfeld??? LOL
What is pick and mix ?
A type of sweet
사랑해요 제이미~~♡♡
Se ponen separados pero no pueden evitar esas miradas ya no engañan a madie y los otros dos son sus complices lo saben todo ,
It was a fun few minutes. There is no need for a "u" in color or honor by the way. Also you guys missed the fact that often we Americans just slide over consonants. We butter popcorn because it tastes good that way.
I have read that Sam is 6 foot 3 inches.
Caitriona can't take her eyes off Sam.
I saw that too!
The chemistry cannot.be.denied.
@@wrathless7498 Maybe she was looking at him as he was speaking.
No pick 'n mix at the cinema? What's that about?!
I don't know, but the rare thing about you it's the Scottish pronunciation, but I love it. I don't have anything else to say.
If you don’t like peanut butter and jelly then you have not made it right!
😂😂😂😂😂buenaso!!!!
Totally agree peanut butter and jelly noooo
I NEVER make that horrible sweet potato casserole with marshmellows! I don't buy nasty "canned" yams either.
No way! But, I will do sweet potato pie, lol
Maine go to Americafor lo what is the first memorybster coming to America not the Eddie Murphy movie rolls I arrived in New York City
❤
Maine next time you're in a butter and fish American.comstay the ell in eng yeahlan snacksd
Hey in America a person can die from a hat attack
We changed the language as a big F U to the English by predominantly Scottish and Irish colonists-cmon guys! It fits the story of Outlander
It’s ok Sam, no one actually likes cranberry sauce.
Hey now! So why are you talking Sh*t about your greatest fans?? Knocking PB&J? Cranberry sauce is actually somewhat healthy and extremely yummy on turkey and the Natives (supposedly) introduced these amazing foods, so hey!!! 😉
They didn't introduce turkey
you think peanut butter and jelly is bad? ive just learned that in parts of america they eat peanut butter and mayonnaise. *puke*
Peanut butter and bananas...
@@ranterredhead5005 thats good. i eat that all the time.
Apologies sam. It was Richard the fish eater. You had stinky peanut breath cai t said. You are back in my number one spot now.. Hard to kiss someone that stinks both of you get a hint!!!
I have to disagree. I am a peanut butter lover! I'll eat it plain by the spoonful, so that would be a dream of mine. Give me a man that eats peanut butter before kissing me! 😍
I love peanut butter so much, but PB&J, no. Just no! The best combination is obviously fluffernutter! PB&fluff all the way! Come fight me people!!
