The holes on the top of yhe stand is so you can mount your heatpress so it doesn't move.

but question i have a 16×20 heat press do u think it would fit on this???
i can put my xtra platens on the bottom if so lol

Yes please, I also have a 16x20 heat press and I use this heat press stand for it. So yes, the 16x20 heat press will work.

I'm six feet tall. Is the height of thos stand workable with someone my height? I know I'm going to have to bend over some. Jusy wondering if it's going to be too much. Thanks.

Thanks for your question. Yes, it should work. I am 5 feet 7 and I do bend a little but what you can also do is get blocks of wood or something to put on the Heat Press Stand then put your heat press and you will get more Height.
