Easy to see the cocktail ingredients are craft and top tier, but Ramsay is getting greedy by stocking B tier spirits and charging very high prices for what is essentially bougie fancy tiki drinks. But honestly the spirit selection is what's keeping this place at 1 star. As his mentor likes to say, "if the flavor isn't there at the start, how is it going to be there at the end?"
