Hi I want to say thank you i am 17 and I have been wounded why I am the way I am. Well now I know I am very creative and I love music, I sing, I paint, draw, make jewelry, and so much more. I parents think I can't make a living on my creative and tell me to do something else with my life. I have been put down for the way that I lean and I will just stop at doing something if someone says nothing bad about what it is that I am doing. This has helped me a lot just listening to it. So thank you for say all of this and you have helped me understand more of me.😊
Great video! My boyfriend and roommate are both dyslexic, and it’s fascinating how similar their thought processes are. Their resilience, creative thinking, and emotional empathy really stand out. For example, my boyfriend is incredible at negotiations-he notices details I often miss. I have ADHD, and as a communications coach, I’m constantly finding creative ways to communicate effectively. It’s amazing how unique perspectives can become strengths in unexpected ways!
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I have been advocating for my 7 year old son with our public school system for the past 1 1/2 trying to get him OG. This type of information shared here is so uplifting! All the positives
young children? you mean people? adhd and dyslexia have nothing to do with age. I have both myself had many problems as a child in school but as a 40yr old adult i still struggle to the same degree.
When I was a child my dyslexia was so bad they put me in classes with mentally handicapped without telling my mother when I was finally tested my IQ and everything but problem solving was below average my problem solving skills is 189 is what they told me and I have a great pattern recognition software built into my brain I can walk through a field and find 4 leave clover like it's no one's business and I've had a myriad of jobs over the years from water well drilling undergraduate work carpentry painting the list goes on
You have to have that big picture thinking in order to connect the dots. We see what others don't See, I used to call it alternate viewing. I had great early word skills wrote verse in grade school, but couldn't read well till 6th grade. Once I found something that grabbed my attention... Greek mythology for me.. I discovered my love of writing and research in ancient history. I now have several degrees as I loved learning new things, but I still remember the humiliation of those early years.
My problem with dyslexia is, no matter my intelligence, I can’t get out of my own way to figure it out. I don’t know how to formulate or build my ideas in a straight way. Even WITH directions in front of me… I still manage to get lost along the way. I know I think 3D which I am very proud about, but I feel my intelligence is a waste. I’ll die b4 I can ever figure it out! I’m almost 50 as it is! Anyways.. I will keep trying and one day I’ll get there!
I have to say my strength is being able to remember anything you show me how to do or how to get anywhere once I learned it I always remember it I have work job for they told me it would take me a minute to get something and learn it instantly whether it's from running heavy equipment are rebuilding and remanufacturing locomotive parts I just have a knack for building stuff and taking old broken stuff and making new stuff out of it
I can relate to much of the experiences you both are talking about. I couldn't fall asleep because I dreaded school so much. Especially spelling and math. When I was older I remember seeing a poster of a fish trying to climb a tree. I don't remember exactly what it read. But something along the lines of do what you are good at. Schools are trying to get us dyslexia s to climb the tree. Instead of teaching what we are good at. Thank you for this information!!
Thank you ❤️ I was diagnosed with AuDHD but not dyslexia. I think I do have it because I relate a lot. It's all part of neurodiverity. Would you agree?
I am a thinker in a vacuum. The emptiness of all the knowledge that my brain cannot memorize because it is too slow and which can only treat very small amount of information and that it will only remember very much can. This mental mediocrity is due to my dyslexia this deficient brain that I hate so much that destroyed all my dreams and which destroyed all my professional projects because always I was in check in everything I wanted to do or learn. I hate this shit brain.

You always talk about dyslexic personne who have GIFTED IQ. They do best things not because they are dyslexic but because they have high IQ. I don't think there is anything good in dyslexia more than a normal personne. But a personne with a high IQ have some quality that normal person don't have. I'm dyslexic and i'm not gifted in anything. All my life i try to find a job where i can be good better than others, a job where i can be gifted, i NEVER find the super power you talk about for me, OR this power don't exist for a JOB ! You talk about gifted people with dyslexia not people with normal IQ and dyslexia.
We like to challenge and start from doubt and not from belief and settle❤
So true! Thanks for watching.

We see the world on a different frequency. We see how to make life seemless .
Great point! Thank you for watching.
Right on!
I am Dyslexic and even though I have a Degree in Theology I will say that I am stupid all the time. Sometimes I don’t even know that I have said it.

I myself have Dyslexia, i see things different, lose focus sometimes i can't remember things, can't remember people names.etc
I am torn, the parts I struggle with are the things that "normal" people bullied me for.
It overshadowed the best parts of me, my super creativity.
Thank you for this video. I hope more people can see and understand what so many young children go through. 💕

One more thing, some things I see instantly, and others I don't see at all.
I'm also a predictor, I see patterns.

You seem to be an aggressive salesman selling AI here
No one is disagreeing 😄
