Hi, I use it for sterilization of grain, specifically corn. I need to reach 121°C 15psi for around 2.5 to 3 hours, but the grain ends burnt, all brown. I use heat from gas, I dont have electricity where I use the autoclave, do you know why would the grain burn? Thank you.

The temperature is too high to heat grains.
