I own several Martins. The DJR is one of my favourites due to its comfort and playability. It's sound doesn't match my full size ones but I still love to play it for its perfect size.
@@kamranzafar-o7o yes, very easy to play with the short scale and resulting low tension. There usually is required a small adjustment to set the action to player's preference as with most guitars when new. Fret dress was perfect from factory.
Bro I have martin djr 10e streetmaster ... does your guitar had high action nd is it normal if it has high action... because it was delivered in high action
@vikasproach4278 No, mine came with perfect action. .090" at 12th, .004" relief and frets were perfect. Even at that, I swapped out the saddle for bone. Note that it is normal for dealers to touch up the action at sale to meet customer need. If you bought online that may have been skipped. Action is not a static thing and depends on environment. You may need to adjust truss rod and saddle for your environment and preferences. Not hard to do, lots of info online how to do it.
It also is a fantastic option for folks with shoulder arthritis or shoulder injuries. There aren't very many options out there for a 1) small guitar like this 2) made of solid wood, 3) with a 1.75" nut width and 4) priced so reasonably.
I bought the D JR-10 this morning. Waiting for it from Sweetwater. I wasn't looking for a travel guitar; I was looking for a good acoustic that was smaller than a dreadnought. The D JR-10 was the best sounding guitar that meets that requirement and that I could afford. Looking forward to getting it Monday!
I never really wanted a 'travel' guitar; I'm 60 and my traveling days are done, thank God. I just never got along with a Dreadnought acoustic. This might be the one acoustic guitar for me.
@@JamesAllen-xk8bc I like mine for the comfort because I have a bad shoulder. Just stay away from the orangewood jr. acoustic. It's terrible. Like I said earlier, Gs mini or Martin.
www.johnsmusic.in/products/martin-djr-10e-sitka-top-dreadnought-junior-acoustic-electric-guitar-natural Yes it has a pick-up by fishman. There is a volume and tone knob.
dont forget that Ed SHeeran used little martin LX1E, EARLIERE, NOW HE USES SHEERAN by LOWDEN , theres no sound problem with lx1e, as vibrant and better than Djr
Its not like better or worse. It is the preference of sound you want. Plus Ed is known for using small guitars. And little Martin is much smaller than DJr.
@@garvitgaur3524 I guess he likes the size and plug it most of the time... In the store I played the LX1, then the Djr and 000 Jr, I left withe the 000. Djr & 000jr had better sound!

@@capohd28 thnx mate
I'm going to buy either this or the GS Mini. But the nut width, scale length and solid wood have me leaning toward the DJR-10

It's either this or the Gs mini. If I had to choose it would be the Martin for it's solid back and sides.
Very well summed it up. I have been going back and forth between those two guitars, and am now leaning to the Martin.
@@JamesAllen-xk8bc The better choice in the long run. It will only sound better.

Built in tuner?
Doesn't have a built in tuner.
Any suggestions for best guitar under 50k
We suggest the Sire A4 the most between 40 to 50k

Yes it has a pick-up by fishman. There is a volume and tone knob.
$499.00
I love this guitar but the action is very high, even after adjusting the truss rod
Pull the saddle and sand it down to get the action where you like it.
Truss rod is not for lowering the action. Take it to get a setup done

The sound is not even comparable.
Huh? You're joking right? The Lx1 sounds like the little box it is.
