This is my first airbrush. I'd say it's great. Looks great, I'm sure i've done my share of newbie abuse to it and it still works great. I've been able to take it apart for cleaning real easy. Parts seem to be made of good materials.
Thanks guys! I really like Tamiya kits, just wish they'd do more modern Russian stuff. @100Tigrovi Thanks. First time I mixed paints (red brown/flat earth) and used an acrylic sealer that left a nice rough finish and did a light wash with heavily diluted flat black. The flag was simple, I cut up an old shirt to just about the right size.
@U2935 HLJ.com sells some Tamiya RC parts. Though actually rigging one up is something you'll have to look into. The only Tamiya part I know off is the twin motor box. Though I have seen videos on here of guys who have gutted RC cars and put the internals in to the model body.
im just trying to build an rc tank on the cheap just to see if I can do it I already built the Tamiya panther ausf a. and I think it can be converted rc but cant find the parts.
well done i love the paintwork on the tank, the figures and the red banner :)
the music is awesome, too
Tamiya has the best kits. nice work.

Whoopsie. Accidently deleted a comment asking about the crew figures, sorry. The crew is from Tamiya modified with some parts from a Zvezda tank crew.
this is a great tank build do you think it would be easy to convert rc
It should be, seeing as old kits like this could be motorized (RC).

How is Masters quality? I'm thinking of getting their G23.
Hello i just built the same kit
But i wanted to know where i can buy an rc conversion kit for it?
What type of airbrush do you use?
Were tracks in one piece or you have to assemble them together one by one ?
Mikuláš Capalay Tracks are in one long piece that is glued to itself. So called "Rubber band" tracks.
Thank you. Because i saw some individual track links in sprue and i hate idividual track links :D So i think i will buy this model.
they are one piece
What paint did you use?
Tamiya acrylics
Ah, I'm using humbrol 117, do you think that would be ok?
Should be fine. Unless you wanna go all out and try to make your own blend of B4O. Though I've never been one to mix different colors.
Ok, I didn't want to find out that 117 wasn't the right colour :P
@ComradeMP187 screw gutting RC cars, ive gutted an RC Halo Scorpion tank
Nothing special. It's called Master Airbrush model S68. On the T-34, I did it by hand brush.
