Interior is nice; very well designed. Pero yung parking, they could’ve used permeable pavements, para sana hindi naka semento lang. Mas madming concrete, more chances na mag babaha at mas nakakadagdag sa init. Kung nag permeable pavements sila, at least pwede mag seep through yung water sa soil. Same goes with the parking sa loob din sana.

And given the inclusions of the contractor, we prioritized the features of the house best fit for shooting conditions. :) We'll take note of this and probably renovate if we have extra taking your comments in consideration. It’s so stressful! Pero ganun talaga haha but what’s good is that, maliit lang yung parking niyo, so you guys can redo it anytime you want! Also, I love the idea of repurposing the house. Hi Karmela! I'm one of the owners. :) Thanks for wishing us the best. Hoping to ROI soon as well. Our projection is 2 years hopefully. Some do find the renovation cost a bit expensive but we hope it's worth it given that we really had shooting requirements and production in mind while we were renovating it. We even had our electrical load expanded to accommodate heavy technical requirements in lieu of a generator which we usually shoot during movie or series shoots. Hope you can help us spread the word! Hi Ethela! Melai here, one of the owners. No, this is not the house in "I'm Drunk, I Love you" film. We just opened last October and our shooting house has not yet been featured in other movies but it will make an appearance soon!

Sorry to hear it's not your cup of tea but we appreciate your feedback. Most of the budget went into particular interior details of the house so the other areas, we had to compromise on retaining the concrete structures of the house. :)
