Hello! I had this issue recently (probbly right after win10 update). Sad to say I'm not sure what exactly helped me but once game started working again. You can try solutions from this official article: support.battlerite.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000528332-Stuck-in-the-loading-screen#:~:text=Turn%20off%20Steam%20Cloud%20for,Reinstall%20the%20game. (use this video as a tutorial for "open ports" paragraph ruclips.net/video/m6hcWSepGXo/видео.html if you don't know how to do it) and restart your PC. I think the game started working after this but, as I said, not 100% sure bcuz I did a lot of actions before restart PC, probbly it was something else what resolved the problem. Ah yea I also paused win10 updates. Idk just in case.
