    Hi, may I know the cost of the whole renovation & how well in advance did you engage them because mjstc seem to be very popular. Any particular person handling your project? Tks

      Hi, it cost about 80k as we have quite a bit of hacking and carpentry involved. We engaged Mjstc sometime in May 2020 and we got the keys in July 2020 but note that it was before all the housing resale boom, renovation delay and manpower issue in the industry.
      We works with Benson from Mjstc. He is one of the co owner of the company and is quite experienced as from what I know, he work his way up from being a tiler etc. And they are pretty honest and transparent with their quotation. no hidden cost etc.

    Hi! What software/application did you used to plan and design for your entire place?

    • @TheLimhausDiary
      @TheLimhausDiary  3 года назад +9

      We uses 3ds max primarily for modeling and space planning as it is what I uses at work.
      But you can use sketchup make too. It's a freeware and is easy to learn. It's what the industry is using too.
      Another free and easy to use alternative is floorplanner ,planner 5D for space planning.
      Other software u might see inside the video are enscape and twinmoton which are real time render engine.
