- Best known for her BAFTA and Emmy award winning performance as the cold-blooded assassin Villanelle in Killing Eve, Jodie Comer is back and has teamed up with the award-winning British Director Mahalia Belo.
Their new environmental disaster thriller 'The End We Start From' sees Jodie's character giving birth amid the floodwaters of a submerged London.
The End We Start From is in cinemas on 19 January distributed by Signature Entertainment.
I watch anything and everything Jodie Comer appears in. She is such a talented actor.
Actress. Lol. 😂😂😂
Nah. I'm just kidding.
I hope you have a really good day.
Don't kill me!
In my view Jodie Comer is the best actress ever. And I mean: ever. I have been a film buff all my life, and she just blows me away with everything she does. Boof. And she still seems to be a rather rooted down to Earth person. Adorable. And like Villanelle she is exceptional, focused, hard working...
She's good. Maybe even great. She's got a long way to go though. The larger question is whether the film industry will give her the roles she needs to be properly viewed that way. So far, she's better than a lot of the stuff she's been in.
Jodie is so humble, what an extraordinary woman
Jodi Comer is an excellent if not one of the BEST actresses I've ever seen on screen! Especially her role on that BBC drama killing eve! Can't wait for this
Tremendously fond of this brilliant performer. A true artist & talent
I'm so excited to see this in the cinema. She's so pretty 😍. When will it be released in the Philippines?

One of the best actors of the 21st century. First time I've heard her real accent and never thought she'd have a Yorkshire one
That's a Liverpudlian accent. Do we all sound the same to you southerners?
@@Jack-tk3ub I'm Scottish well I posted this before I heard the second half of the video lol it seems she changes between accents
Liverpool!! Scouse!
@@Jack-tk3ub lol what an assumption that a southerner made that remark, there are people from all over the world watching this...could have been someone from the States or wherever who doesn't know British accents...any excuse to bash "southerners huh"....lol
@@boxlabs Shes from Liverpool, she has a Liverpool accent !! changes between accents...arr I think you call that acting as in Killing Eve she used different accents.Did not hear a Yorkshire accent once there

Bill gates as captain America in this?
Arts are a business, the money goes where the money comes in, it's as simple as that really, either you have a good product or you don't. Sadly the UK product isn't that great at times.
oooh a film about climate crisis..... no thanx.
Hahaha that's exactly what I was just thinking....more climate change propaganda 😂 Utter dog 💩
And guess what... we've absolutely have NO control on the environment 😂😂
Hate to break it to ya...we ALL die eventually!!
Human race will bring doom on itself. Planet Earth will survive but humans and many other forms of life will extinct.
You are wrong, there are many things we do that affect the environment. Nature has recovered in places where people have created regeneration. We absolutely can improve things.

I’m sorry. I love the arts. But in this economy, inflation and a number of wars going? Not a chance.
Arts is absolutely a privilege, not a right. And not all arts is welcome. There is a massive assumption arts is always good, but it is not, and it absolutely has its time and place. And so right now? Please.
If you live in the UK, at this very moment you are seeing the power of art. The Post Office scandal has been known and reported on for decades. And yet it has taken a TV drama to capture the hearts of the nation. Facts are important, but we need art to tell stories; to deliver emotion/empathy/engagement.
P.s art is very much a right. Art was literally the first medium of human expression.
Art is life, if not for you it is for many of us. I don't want to live a life without art because for me it's everything!
