    Great Video. Could you please tell me in the Who will receive section if I wanted to fetched the value from a field how can I do that. Suppose I have a field called requester (which is a reference field using sys_user table) and I want to send email to them notifying that the issue is now being processed how can I do that.

    Love your videos btw. I am currently in a training program for ServiceNow CSA and my group and I are doing our final capstone project. The scenario is that we are creating an app for teachers to be able to send/push out notification to parent's email and mobile phone (sms/text) simultaneously or separately. Based on your experience, could you say if this is possible?

      Thank you for the kind words. I myself have never implemented push notifications but it does seem like it is possible.
