    Awesome video as always!!! Don't be so hard on yourself re: the long run. Even though you didn't hit the range on the last set, the mileage and time on feet is just as beneficial. Be proud of yourself for persevering, when the easier option would have been to skip! 🎉

    I would say, get your shower in as soon as you can after a workout. Chances of getting eczema/ rash are likely when you let sweat settle on the body for too long.
