It sounds like you took on too much too soon. Shin splints are caused by a sudden increase in activity. Rest, ice and when your shin splints have recovered, increase your training gradually each week.
Mate when I play bare foot I play good. I am able to dribble & shoot but with cleats I am not. Means the ball is not in my control. Can u pls tell me why ? By the way nice video. Mate can u read my mind??🤙🤙 & also the song selection is good.

You dedicate separate hours for your individual training. Not difficult mate just requires commitment.
