  • It's very important we all try and make time for exercise, healthy eating and just looking after our overall wellbeing. Our diet and the foods that we eat have a huge impact on how we feel!
    In this video, we'll explore how the foods we eat impact our physical and mental health. Remember that old saying, "You are what you eat"? There's actually a lot of truth in these words.
    It's also important we understand the impact of high-sugar, high-fat, and high-sodium snacks and why it's important to limit them. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you should never have snacks or treats, but just not too often!
