So true. I like how he emphasises that only the first steps/minutes have to be done, and then it'll go automatically. We just overcomplicate things because we tend to plan every minute of our day or a process from start to end. This usually makes us stressed, which results in just not doing things in the end. But if we focus on the first steps or minutes, it just becomes so much easier. Just like what they say about running. Just take the first step, and the rest will follow.
Also, as someone who had a couple of panic attacks and is in general an anxious person, I so agree with the panic hacks. Just the fact that you know you can react to your anxiety/panic makes you calm because you know that you're prepared for every situation. I usually have water, some healthy snacks, the "anxiety rescue" drops and a pen and paper in my bag and in my car in case I'd get anxious or panicky. And as I know, one of them helps (which one exactly depends on the actual situation) because it helped earlier too, I just become much calmer. So then anxiety either doesn't come or it comes but will ease or just go away quicker.
