2000 Volkswagen Golf Mk4 1.6 16v Thermostat Housing Replacement

Today we are replacing the thermostat housing on a 2000 VW Golf Mk4 1.6 16v as its currently leaking from near the temperature sensor, the car will need to be jacked up and have axle stands under it to secure the car and for safety.
When we say tighten it up if it needs torqueing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, As all vehicles are different.
