what matters to me is being a good person. which is a very general broad statement. but it's also the best way i can think to explain it. i want to be around someone who is good to theirself and their body, good to their family, good to the enviornment, good to someone that might be less forturnate than them. and by no means do i mean a "perfect" person because flaws build character. but someone who has a good spirit and aims to do more good in their life than harm...that's what is important
i don't believe someone's religious beliefs would make or break a relationship for me, unless their beliefs affected how they came at a relationshiop, and that way was vastly different from how i come at a relationship. i did not used to have this view, growing up in a very Catholic household. however, since i'm not practicing any specific religion at all, i dont feel so heavily influenced by "the Church's" view on love/sex/marriage anymore.
