By chance do you know how to get the Surge tank off on a 2015 genesis sedan 3.8? It's kicking my ass. Just trying to get to the drivers side spark plugs to swap them out and I can't get to the two bolts in the very back that appear to be holding it on.
Usually i use 1/4 socket 10 mm i believe. And also theres like a retaining plastic for those bolts i believe, just loose all bolts. Let me know if you remove it
@@hyundaitech Once I figured out that I could remove the panel that's between the firewall and the engine as well as the steel bar, I was able to access the two 10mm bolts and the two 12mm bolts to free it up. Even with hassle it was still worth the time after getting quoted over $900 to change the spark plugs. Knowing what I know now, I could probably do it in two to three hours, vs the 6+ with research and reading the forums.
Estoy pensando en hacer ese trabajo en mi Hyundai Veracruz porque está filtrando un poquito de aceite por las bujías. Gracias por el video 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love your videos bro 👌🏾 Any videos on how to access the spark plugs on the driver side by any chance? On the same year Genesis?
Thank you. I dont think i have a video on genesis spark plug replacement. Maybe if i will get the chance and i will make one.

what year is this car?
This one will cover from 2015 to 2019 i think.
10 ft lb it's not too much? in the specs said is 7.2 ~ 8.7. I'm going to do this job but my torque wrench is min 10.
Yeah 10 ft lb will not hurt anything.
Why are you using a bent screwdriver?
You mean the small pocket screwdriver? Its like a mini pry bar so that i can get some leverage.
Bro took forever to take off that harness
