You should definitely make this a regular thing. This was an abnormally good pod. You guys have great chemistry and I was just thinking how much I wished this wasn’t just 1 episode!
I also don’t understand why every podcast gravitates to the model of bringing in a new guest every week. The best pods are ones where the focus is on the hosts (My First Million and All In are perfect examples). This felt like that.

even the AG1 founder had some level of product market fit, he went to the hospital because he was feeling ill, realized he was nutrient deficient and then they gave him some sorta super supplement that was super expensive. so he kinda went off that and made it a premium product with that story.
whether AG1 is legit or not, that’s def a better story than “omg AG1 is ripping off so many people and you can’t even prove it - we should do this for dogs!! ppl will pay anything for pets, and yoooo let’s throw in the word LOVE in it too.”
but I def bet a product like this would work haha. really depends on the story and product market fit. “my dog was ill, we started feeding my dog this and now my dog is so happy”

The insights on hyper-niche paid newsletters are spot on. For entrepreneurs looking to capitalize on this, remember that segmentation is key. Dive deep into subscriber data to tailor content and offers, and consider leveraging behavioral email triggers to increase engagement and conversions.

Great episode. Great Guests. I'm watching this on a TV and please Greg, either speak up, use a compressor, or a loudness normalizer as I could hear the boys alright but when you were talking it was too quiet, and if I was to make the TV louder, the guys would be too loud.

After the incredible success of this partnership, I'm blown away by the results! The energy, the creativity, and the impact we’ve created together have been beyond what I ever imagined. 💥 The response from everyone has been overwhelming, and I can’t help but wonder... Should we make this a recurring monthly collab? Imagine what we could accomplish if we kept this momentum going! Let me know if you're ready to take this to the next level! 🔥"

I just don’t buy this when the people speaking have a course to sell you. Show us how many people even get to 100k a year writing..and not just 0.01% of your students. I like you guys but this is so out of the realms of normality when you make millions from writing about how others can also write and make money.

8:16 as far as pet supplements go if it’s something legit you’re debating look at Omega Alpha when I was training horses a few years back they were one of the biggest bands for equine supplements, but they do dogs, cats and human supplements as well. And expensive af.
But the point about dropping thousands in an emergency did surgery for our pets is 100% accurate, we’ll do that without second thought but not go to a dentist ourselves for much too long because of the cost (and imagine how resource horse vets are if you know how expensive small animal vets are… scary thought, scarier reality

  • @Renee_egan

4:09 my first thought when I was mentally considering what position I’d have (if I were there, big hypothetical there Lol) was “can you comfortably afford it?” 😂😳 sorry to be that reasonable and rational person, I’m sure that’s not the answer you wanted to hear (don’t ask a question you did want the answer to…. Generally) but I believe that where we call “home” and where we actually live aren’t always the same thing, and being able to call the place you live “your home” goes way beyond the pleasing aesthetics; this help but if you don’t LOVE where you live, if you’re not proud of your home it has a much larger impact than most realize and it holds back every other aspect of our life to an extent.
That said, getting in over your head and underwear on a mortgage has that same effect but more so 😂
Generally we should be spending 20-30% (30 on the high side) of our gross income on housing, i don’t use it as a hard rule but think of it as a guide or rough place to start.
TL;DR being able to grow into a hinge is a great thing and a luxury, IF you can manage it and maintain your current lifestyle

good content, but a bit amateurish at times. Agora makes most of they money from targeting peoples GREED, i.e. make money with these or thay stock or opportunity. Whole different ball game in terms of cost per aquisition and ltv. Same for the guy with the 20 sales of paid newsletters at $100....human greed, make money, new bizz opportunity niche etc. WHOLE diff thing than getting someone to pay for a dog newseltter. Smart guys, but very amateurish at times.
