Thats wonderful you feel better with your anxiety. What has really helped me especially with skin and energy is 1) no sugar (only honey), 2) I also make blended juices in the blender (made up of spinach + banana + avocado+frozen mixed berries+rice milk or almond milk (unsweetened)+ ice - this gives you a lot of vitamins and minerals - magnesium, potassium etc ). 3) I eat mostly fish and chicken (very little if no red meat). Some of these may help you too =)
That's great. Natural sugar from fruits or anything natural source like Honey is the only type of sugar that is good for your body. Anything else that has been processed or manipulated by us is toxic to the body. I eat some chicken and wild caught Salmon. It's amazing the difference that you see when you change your diet.
Good stuff. Wondering if you're still going at it with the st. John's Wort? I have tried numerous things. I bought some St John's Wort weeks ago but haven't even opened it then decided to yesterday. I took my first dose and the funny thing is I forgot about it and later in the day kept thinking to myself man I feel really good. Hit me this morning that I had taken the herb now trying figure out what happened etc... I took a lot of the same stuff daily and took yesterday Also like kratom, caffeine and that's why I never thought about the Saint John's Wort but I know that stuff doesn't really hit me the way it hit me yesterday so wondering if sjw was reason
Hey Arthur, Yeah it has a good feel effect due to it being a mood stabilizer. It is also an anti-inflammatory, blood thinner, a stimulant and a relaxant. I find it has a perfect balance of giving me a mood/energy boost but also calming my anxiety. I've been on it now for at least 6 months and my anxiety is at least 90% cured. The CBD oil is a little more tricky as my body reacts differently to it as my body is more sensitive. I take it periodically as one drop lasts days in my system. The first two weeks you can face side effects and even increased anxiety or even heightened emotions but will stabilize in time. It is really experimentation and finding what works for you. I wish you all the best and I hope that St. John's wort or CBD oil helps you. It has been life changing for me being someone with an anxiety disorder which my anxiety was out of control for years on end. Now for once in my life I feel like I am not being held hostage to my anxiety. All the best man, Cheers!
@@theandrewkchannel34 thanks so much for sharing your story. So happy you found something that works for you as that gives me some hope. I can't begin to tell you how many times I thought I was over the hump with having found my "new cure" for anxiety only to be disappointed a few weeks later. Hoping sjw ends up being my miracle cure. Really tired of All this after 4 months and 4 different prescription meds. A bit frustrated right now though as both days I've taken sjw I got a very odd leg pain, almost like sore muscles. Stopping for next few days and will start back up again to hopefully make sure the sjw isn't giving me some odd side effect. Fingers crossed...... thanks so much for the in depth response was very helpful
@@arthurfonzarelli9828 No problem man. Not sure what the leg pain would be. Perhaps there is an interaction with the sjw and something else? It is quite possibly a side effect, but I have never heard of it. Yes prescription medication has never really worked for me. I know what's it like to try everything, only to end up disappointed. As I said, it is an experiment, and you may have to try different dosages or sjw products to see what works for you. It took me a number of prescription drugs and years to find something that worked. St. John's Wort works for me and I have found the right dosage by trail and error. I currently take 2 pills a day (600mg per day) One in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Anything more and I begin to overdose on it. My body is very sensitive and I feel the full effect of it within a minute. How is it going now? Has it helped at all?
Ended up buying different kind And only ended up taking it few days. Didn't notice much but was only 2 days so nothing expected. Think I'm going try the original one Again here soon. My wife actually decided to take it and we both seem to think she's more calm over last couple weeks. I go thru this all time where I think I need take something and either stick it out and feel nothing or worse even or just stop and think I'm okay etc until few weeks go by and think I need take something. Since there is no way to accurately gauge where you are at I end up getting confused. Wished there was device or some way to say okay my anxiety is a 76 today on scale of 1 to 100, that way I know where I am at and have been as I tend to lose motivation with this as I can't see results if that makes sense
Better to take them at separate times and not together. I no longer use the CBD oil but I would take it at night and the St. John's Wort in the morning.
Hey, what dosage do you take of st johns thanks

Well done bro!! Thank you I was wondering if it was safe to take St. J with CBD
Do not take it together. I took the CBD at night and the St. John's wort in the morning. I no longer take the CBD oil.
Man, that's awsome!

What brand of St.Johns worth your taking?
Herbal Factors: 300mg per pill. 0.3% Hypericin.
Using them together safe ?

Coconut water bro!
That would be full of sugar and make your anxiety worse.
