- In this video I react to what are the cost of houses in South Africa specifically a town called Westville in the City of Durban. In the video I also try to educate the younger generation of the cost to buy property.
Excellent videos for young people to watch and learn from.
Perhaps do cars next. Good lead on from this video. Nice to educate kids on what the true cost of living is. You need to be elite at school to get a good degree to buy a place for just 1.5 mill. Lets not forget about other major expenses. Also, most graduates look for property in CPT or JHB because theres barely any job opportunities in Durban.
Cars are definitely next on my list
Great video as always Sumi, try and do cars next as that is another learning experience as that's also extremely pricy with financing and month repayments is almost as close to the installments of bond repayment depending on the model and type of car. With a property it's a long term investment but with vehicles they depreciate must faster

A lot of youtubers are doing it without problems. You just need to stick to the rules of how much you can show on screen. Or maybe don't show any movie clip just sound and have the movie in the background. Most people who watch reaction videos have already seen what's on the clip anyway they just want to see your reaction to it🤷🏽♂️
