The Dassault Rafale (French pronunciation: ​[ʁafal], literally meaning "gust of wind",[2] and "burst of fire" in a more military sense)[3] is a French twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Equipped with a wide range of weapons, the Rafale is intended to perform air supremacy, interdiction, aerial reconnaissance, ground support, in-depth strike, anti-ship strike and nuclear deterrence missions. The Sukhoi Su-35 (Russian: Сухой Су-35; NATO reporting name: Flanker-E) is the designation for two improved derivatives of the Su-27 air-defence fighter. They are single-seat, twin-engine, supermaneuverable aircraft, designed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau and built by the Sukhoi .

Dassault has never released information on the Rafale other than the sales brochures it puts out in public. The only way to get anything fairly accurate is from the former engineers who worked on the Rafale on their blogs (all in French), the comments of the pilots who fly the Rafale and the fighter competition evaluation reports.
Rafale always seems to shine in the (leaked) evaluation reports, namely two that I know of: The leaked Swiss Fighter Evaluation Report in the early 2000s and the Netherlands (leaked) fighter evaluation report in the 2010s. Rafale did very well in both evaluations, outperforming the Eurofighter and Gripen as an omnirole fighter aircraft. Since RUclips deletes all links I can't give you any, but I've never had trouble finding these reports from a Google search.
Indian pilots who flew the Su-30 MKI all say the Rafale F4 is a superb fighter aircraft.
Frankly, the DCS Rafale is a mod from an Su-33 and a lot of assumptions about the SPECTRA jamming system written in. SPECTRA represents a third of cost of the Rafale, so it can't be casually dismissed as just another jammer. I'm sure the makers of the DCS Rafale mod are very good at what they do, but they can't include what don't know.

@@spookyactionatadistance2422 the rafale is just overrated. How many modern wars 1990 onwards have French weapons seen actual combat? In Iraq, French made mirage F-1 belonging to Iraqi air force being shot down by US fighters easily. Serbia war, French mirage 2000 can't hit anything ended being shot down by Serbian forces. Instead US made fighters scored air to air kills and destroyed most of ground targets. Now you're trying to say French Rafale better than US & Russian fighters?
