@@jomama1995 No, I decided to get a folding table instead. I never have more than four people to dinner, so all those leaves were unnecessary. Also, I read horrible things online about how long it took to be delivered.
I just got mine a few days ago. Exact same colour as yours and it's a nice color! Had my son put the coffee table together but he can't get the bar screwed across the bottom, screw hole doesn't align. Maybe over tightened the other parts. Will have to unscrew and redo, as panels don't even go in properly, they jam. Yes it is quite large and good for large family get togethers. Looking to get 4 chairs maybe a nice blue shade.
Overtightening may cause it to not align properly. Hopefully loosening it will fix the problem for you! Otherwise, definitely reach out to TT to see what they can do for you.

I just unboxed mine (before watching your video), went through exactly the same discovery process you guys did. Did mine myself, it's definitely easier with more than one person. There are actually 18 bolts in the coffee table; if you have an electric screwdriver or drill (with a clutch, so you don't overtighten) and an allen head bit, it's a lot easier than using the provided allen key. Just as a heads-up, these pieces are heavy, between 90-110 lbs (40-50 kgs); so most people will need help unboxing and moving them. There is a LOT of protective material and packaging; but I'm not complaining, it keeps the furniture well protected during shipping. I'll use the cardboard pieces for kindling while camping, and the styrofoam pieces are flat and straight, so will probably find uses for them, too. Wish I'd watched this before unboxing, though.😄 Oh, and the wait is much shorter now; got ours in about 5 weeks.

Thanks for sharing. I saw this on Instagram but was a little hesitant on buying. The cost was ridiculously low, $39.00. Not sure if that was correct but if so I know want one based on your video. But, a year to receive it is like crazy!

We got the Siberian birch finish version about a year ago. I hate the finish. It’s really rough, by design. It scratches easy and is really hard to clean because of how rough it is. You can’t use it for writing on paper either. The finish in this video isn’t that though. It’s a smooth one. We had to wait about a year for ours to get delivered. We were starting to wonder if they just took our money and ran, because there wasn’t any response from customer service. But we got it eventually. I wish we would have gotten a different finish like the one in this video.

If you do not mind, I will add: I have spoken couple times recently with TT sales asking for a real sample of wood they use, but they don't have it. Even thought they say it is 100% solid acacia wood(with different finishes), but after analyzing few other video reviews, we noticed that the back side is plywood, so it might be some solid on top of plywood. If it was acacia, as sales says, then all reviews won't be saying it scratches easily, because acacia is one of the hardest wood out there....

I ordered mine a little over 2 weeks ago and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow :). I live in Seattle. It took about a week to be shipped then they called me to let me know it was on it's way. I think they had a real backup last year because there was a lumber shortage because of the pandemic, but appears they are caught back up.

They sent us a link to file a warranty claim. We got a claim number and they said they'll reach out to us in 3-5 business days.
