In this Minecraft Animated series, @dream has been possessed by an altered spirit which are the remains of his darkest dreams. Nightmare slowly begins to collect the souls of each and every one of @dream's friends who try and save him from the dreamscape. Little do they know, every soul Nightmare obtains makes him more powerful by the minute. Which one of @dream's friends will be able to help him escape from this terror?

This Minecraft Dream Music Video Animation Series is an epic battle between Dream and Nightmare and Sapnap. This is like Minecraft Manhunt and Minecraft Speedrunner vs 3 Hunters and Minecraft Speedrunner vs 4 Hunters and Minecraft Speedrunner vs 5 Hunters and Dream SMP but ANIMATED!
This is a new Minecraft but, 1.16 challenge that we have decided to try. I try to beat the game, while my friend George AND my friend Sapnap AND my friend BadBoyHalo tries to prevent me from doing it. It's a race, and it's super intense and we had a lot of laughs. I love doing these challenges.

Let me guess: Dream lost to Nightmare in a fight so, now Nightmare is taking over Dream's body and probably Dream's soul may just die and then Nightmare will have complete control over Dream's body. If no one finds a way to get rid of the demon within Dream, Dream may be lost forever and then only Nightmare will remain.
Yes, and nightmare is getting more and more and more powerful, that being a huge threat to others fighting him. And dream has some part of his soul as he expressed grief after he, or nightmare killed sapnap. That might go away unless dream realizes what he's done, and fights nightmare
@Wyatt Klabunde dream got possessed by demons. And dream's soul and nightmare are fighting. If nightmare got weakened, Dream could push nightmare out and even kill him

Plot twist: Dream whilst seeing his friends dying to his alter ego whom has taken over his body will be angered and eventually getting Nightmare out of him. And finally avenging his friends from Nightmare.

Whoaaa the animation is outstanding and mind-blowing as always! You can really see the improvement between this one and the previous video! (especially the camera angles - can we have a moment to appreciate the camera angles?!) Keep up the good work! :)
Besides that, is no one going to talk about the song choice? The lyrics actually reflect the story you've set up for this animation:
"Your waves are pulling me under" - that's Nightmare's (magic's?) control over Dream - and eventually, Sapnap.
"We all love what makes us suffer" - this refers to the reason why Sapnap is fighting Nightmare in the first place, as he wants to rescue Dream from Nightmare's grasp. (The amount of emotion conveyed in that one scene at 0:43 holy cow that gave me the FEELS)
"The ocean is taking another life" - I think the "ocean" is referring to Nightmare, and he's taking Sapnap's life in this video.
I bet there's a lot more parallelism here between the lyrics and the animation but I just wanted to put this down as a starter.
The music is really amazing too, so cheers to the artists of that song - I'm definitely adding it to my playlist!

This is a great animation! The song and animation go in perfectly!
Theory 1: In the first Sleepwalking episode, Dream was transferred to Nightmare's body to make Sapnap confuse but Sapnap didn't believe it was Dream.
Theory 2: While Sapnap fights against Nightmare/Dream, Dream was fighting against Nightmare in Nightmare's mind, making him a little weak to fight Sapnap.
Theory 3: George will be the next fighter of Nightmare to avenge Sapnap. George's weapon will be an Axe just like in Take Back The Night: the second episode in the Dream Series

i think i know the storyline:
after nightmare defeated dream, he took his body, and now dream is fighting nightmare internally, which explains why he switched back to dream twice. now since he defeated sapnap, he will do something similar in the sense that he will take or copy sapnaps purple ability stuff. (also prob something similar with georgenotfound)

*Plot Twist:* While Nightmare is about to kill Dream's last friend, Dream retakes control, defeating Nightmare, and maybe with Nightmare gone, his friends might come back to life as they were all slain by Nightmare and he's gone.

Hii, mate ur animations are really just Amazingggg. It's kinda emotional too cuz of the songs themselves but I just have one request, I lovee environmental animations due to like the fights themselves so if you can, like can you put Realistic block animations during the fights like for example if nightmare missed an orb and it landed in dirt, the block would vaporize or break away like it would irl. This would really up ur game to an 11/10 but otherwise keep up the great work man :)

Hey ethan I just wanted to tell you that you haven’t only made a intire career you made your own army of animators. When I first watched you I was inspired inside I had a connection with you then I started animating with mine IMATOR to. I’ve done a lot of success. I’ve done the walk cycles, the face rigs, and overlapping action. And I’m not the only person who is inspired. There are more fans that are doing the same success as me, And I can’t wait to see there work in the future. I’m like very excited for what’s happening to the next chapter like another era of mine IMATOR, All thanks to one single teenager with a blue jacket.
