Minnie is like a human baby, a purebreed lap-and-arm-cat. I think she lost her mom too early, that`s why she tries to nurse from you. As a 15 years old male cat adopted me, he did the same sometimes and i know he was taken from his mom far too early by a dubious breeder. He was a good boy, a cute snugglebug like Minnie and loved me to pieces, i was his whole world. With him around, i had not much chances of playing a computer game.

Yes, this is exactly what I was going to comment, I rescued my cat Tilly when she was around 10 weeks old, and she wasn't weaned off her mother properly, and she displays this behavior, she's 13 in a month,and has only started reducing this recently herself, bless her, she's in my profile picture.
She's a real dads girl, and comes to me for 90% of her strokes, cuddles and comfort, as my partner is pretty crap at relating to her ( or any one for that matter ) I can turn to my partner and say in the next 30 seconds to a minute the cat will do X, and we watch her and so often it happens, I just know animals, and am quite in tune with them.
They're like babies but better because they look after themselves.
Cuddling Minnie is your main job. Everything else is moonlighting.

You should be appreciative she decided to assign herself the position being you work from home. These cuddle breaks may seem annoying or as if they are interrupting your work but they are actually making it more enjoyable and keeping your stress level low.
As an employee doing this, she of course should be compensated an amount in addition to her RUclips cat influencer job.
Oh and the same goes for her work as a live in au pair for the duties she performs helping with her little human sister.

Minnie will like the facial hair because she is a furry cat. I have to warn you that your human baby will throw a fit any time you change the facial hair. Baby will not recognize you and/or be scared of any changes. My parents used to tell these stories often. From the daughter of a man with a mustache.
