Really enjoyed your review - having used this device for awhile it is easy to use as you pointed out. Using it with Gridaboard adds a nice feature for teaching online.
I love this product, although I use the Boogie Board Jot version. I use it to take lecture and study notes for school and store them in a Google Drive folder. Thx for the excellent review! 😊
Have you tested, if you can use the boogie board and pen with the neo studio app? As it seems, it can sync with the grid aboard app (made for neo pens). This would be an awesome feature.
What would be saved on the phone if you write or draw something, like "a-b-c-d", and then partially erase the printing, i.e. like the letter "c". Will the final version be: "a-b- -d"?
OCR would make this item usable for me; it's a fall off a log requirement and without it, it's not nearly as marketable. So it's a glaring error, to me, not to have included. Thanks for the review.
Can you rest your hand on writing surface without making marks? In demo video on Amazon for this smart version the guy is clearly floating is hand… and it almost seems you are as well but hard to say with bird eye view.
I watched this and 3 other intros to Blackboard. This was by FAR the most informative !

awesome..thanks for sharing!
Happy to see a lefty do the review so I can see if it works well for left-handed people.
Same!

The “exact erase” feature does not seem to work too well. I’m not sure if it’s just my boogie board or if that feature is weak on all devices?
Do you need a separate stylus for it?
@ddylan4cats Yes, to take full advantage of the Blackboard, you unfortunately need two styluses. Mine came with both.
Isn that sane available for download onto a PC?
Can you transfer images across to the board to write on top of?
IDK but try using it as a paper template..

How many drawings can the pen store at once? How do you know when it is full?
200
This would be great but I don't think commercial want there information saved onto phones, some companies but not all
The only saving grace of this is the pen kind of looks like a fountain pen

No, you cannot rest your hand without it making marks. Even with the "lock" button on, it will still make any marks too!
it saves notes?
I like the fact that the pen is 160cm long... 🤣
$175 dollars? I think that’s more than people are selling it for
Including pen
ikr? may as well just get a simple tablet that has way more functionality at that price
Thanks.
