Love the detail and taking a simple bracket cut it up and turn it to art. This Corolla is going to have a nice sleeper look. Loved the edges on the balance to clear intercooler. Experience shows. ❤
I don't know what others think about it, but I loved it! When the parts fit PROPERLY, they don't crack and break. It makes your life so much easier when you're at the track and fighting a fixed schedule. By all the detail you put into those parts it also shows just how much of a skilled craftsman you really are. Never apologize for doing the best work you can do!
Good stuff brother… I like seeing these little brackets built & the alignment issues that ensue and so forth because it encourages me that I’m not alone in my struggles and challenges. Keep RAWKIN.
Tony that intro was real life. The tips are always good and I’ll be sticking around as long you post. Thank you for inspiring us to keep on until it’s right.
These are your best videos. When you run into problems and show how to work them out. You do excellent work and have helped me out tremendously. I no longer look at rust and think 'Oh No'.Thank you.
Crusty. The prettiest Toyota on the island of Newfoundland. She's coming together now. Can't wait to see the hood and door repair videos, as well as how the floors are done. I love this series.
It's said that God is in the details and I feel that they are just as if not more important than the bigger pieces of a build, beautiful work on that trim and it couldn't look more factory if it were stamped by them, excellent content in this one Tony and thanks again for your great tips, till next time I'll stick around.
Never 2 cars have the same small problems lol that's why they are one offs Cracking job as always Minor improvements are alway comming 👍👍👍😜🏴🦕🦄😁🤞✌️
As much of a pain that it is to have to redo the work, you'll be much happier with it in the end. A lot of this stuff, most people won't even notice, but it would stick out like a sore thumb every time you looked at it. Great work Tony, as always.
Tony, this is the part of the "fun" of building and rebuilding old, and I mean this lovingly, junk!:) The big stuff is not the hard part of a complete build. Thanks for the continued education!:)
What a deal but u r right it’s just part of the game . One thing for certain if Crusty was a customer’s car they had better have some very deep pockets. LOL
I absolutely love watching this guy, this has to be the most real world set of automotive metalworking videos I have ever seen yet, the victories, the failures, the battles, the solutions LOL, I love it😊
Tony I always enjoy and appreciate your videos. I'm in the middle of restoring a 1960 Jaguar MK-2 sedan. Your videos are helping me more than you would imagine. Please keep those videos coming!
It dont matter half hour or hour video tony its always great to wait an watch your videos for the tips and tricks and just learning new stuff. Thanks tony im sticking around
you are an incredible craftsman.! The attention to detail and the ingenuity for fixing issues is incredible. If determination and hard work was the only measure Crusty will run low sixes with her turbski 4.8
Goodness, but this was a hilarious episode, Fitzee! Right from the start, the "Oh, boy" attitude made me laugh- I thought to myself, "Fitzee has to be joking. He's never stresses about any job!" But, yes, I got to see what 1 step forward, 2 steps back looks like when a master is flustered. Hey, I empathize- that is me EVERYDAY! But I especially loved the laughs you let out when describing all your travails on Rusty's front end component. Those chuckles of stress say it all: This ain't easy stuff. Keep educating us and inviting us to your world, Fitzee. We are grateful for it. 🖖
Tony, the tips are always good and nobody uses them better than you. You're taking us on this journey with you and I for one will be with you along the way. You're an amazing craftsman. God bless you, Wendy, and Peanut.
With the help of your videos, I was able to do the rust repairs on my car from the sheet metal. New parts for the car were no longer available. A very big thanks to you!
Any content is awesome content from Fitzee’s fabrication, it’s just cool to hang out in the shop . This is going to be one of the coolest street/ strip cars out there hopefully I’ll get to see it on the track one of these times I’m down visiting family
Hi Tony. I always like your content. Passing along tips and tricks that you learned through much experience is helpful to a guy like me, who is doing rust repair on a vehicle. I'm fortunate that many pieces are available in the aftermarket but not everything. If you can't buy it or don't want to because of the cost, you have to make it yourself. Thanks for the video!
Great job as usual.Keep showing the details and problems that go with building a car. Some people do not realize how much work and how many problems are part of the build. Many also do not realize how much time it takes to make a nice job of modifications.Keep up the good work. Also, show us what you are doing on that Mustang that you are currently working on.
Thank you for the Video and the Progress you Made on Rusty . It is a pleasure to see you working and solve the Problems Take care a happy weekend and a good New week. Yours Frank Galetzka
Tony.....when I was in my apprenticeship years ago our training facility moved into a new facility that was a former metal fab shop. prior to our moving in on one wall in an upper corner was the following graffiti "Our Moto...We cut to length and beat to fit!"..... I thought Oh Lawdy!........I'm glad I don't think like that! IMHO its good to see a true craftsman do the job right, no matter what it takes
I so appreciate what you do and what a person has to go through when things don't cooperate. I'm proud that 3 Canadians (you, Karl and Chad) put out the best car content on RUclips. One thing, though- you gotta fill in the notches in the upper rad support you previously cut for clearance for the mounting tabs for the intercooler. Just sayin'.
It’s always a pleasure to watch the content you create. It’s the little jobs that sometimes makes the best content. Watching you figure out and solve them is what keeps my own project moving forward. It’s easy to get overwhelmed but taking one small bite at a time has made the difference for me. Thanks you.
Hello Fitzie "Small Stuff" no matter how many projects I do. The Small Stuff is always the most difficult to estimate time. Sometimes costs as well. Frequently fixing the small stuff takes a big bite out of build budget.Keep up the great work even if others will not see the details you know it was done correctly and that is what makes it worth the work. Kudos to you for doing it well.
Another great video thanks Fitzy. Inspirational stuff. Its those small things that you know are right that make the difference on a project. Looking forward to next Crusty episode .
I understand your frustrations. I'm on my first project in many years ---"if something can go wrong; it will" --- Your problems inspire to keep on plugging away. Thanks for the knowledge and inspiration.
Mater T. Not going 2 get it out this summer ! Great work. Motivates me 2 get working on my junk. Doing a 1980 F150 . Called a 150 cause that is what it is worth.
Always happy to be in the passenger seat (figuratively) Tony…. You show the good and the bad and that is what separates you from the rest… You keep’em comin and we’ll keep watching 👌👌
As the saying goes the Devil is in the details. It’s great to watch what you do. Everything flows from one project to the next. Even the trials and tribulations are conquered.
Whether you got to go two steps back one forward, its all good content as far as I'm concerned. Car's coming along just fine. Tony. have a good one bud.
I too learned the hard way. Always test fit and have all the belts, hoses. tubes you need on hand. I got all finished with my carb enclosure, and tubing for my blow through supercharger, everything tig welded and routed only to find that there wasn't any silicone hose of that size made. I had to do it all over again.
There are only 2 channels that do work comparable to yours... Austin Coulson and Rust Bucket Restos. It's incredible what you guys can do. Halfass Kustoms is pretty cool, but it's not what I'd call top notch work... it's "close enough"... where as you 3 are simply incredible. Thanks for sharing all you do. I STILL can't believe that there is another guy out there who owns both a Corolla and a Mustang... like I did 30 years ago. I was restoring the mustang... and I don't think I would ever have dreamed of restoring the corolla. Of course, if I still owned both, I'd have to consider it, you know?
Seeing that even Professor Fitzee runs into roadblocks makes all of us realize that it's all part of the process. As always, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Love the detail and taking a simple bracket cut it up and turn it to art. This Corolla is going to have a nice sleeper look. Loved the edges on the balance to clear intercooler. Experience shows. ❤

Love the 2 machine gun ports at the front of Crusty.😂 Brilliant work Tony.

Thanks for keeping it real. No need to apologize, keep enjoying the build and thanks for taking us along. The work looks good 👍🏻

Genius as usual. Don't forget we learn from these little hurdles that are thrown in our way!
Hello Fitzee, always enjoy watching your program. Crusty is really shaping up. Nice job. Take care and be safe. 👍

Tony, Looking real good. Not only did you add detail, it was finesse and strength. Kudos.
What a deal but u r right it’s just part of the game . One thing for certain if Crusty was a customer’s car they had better have some very deep pockets. LOL
Don't worry fitzzy they'll never notice that looking at the tail lights

These projects take way more time than most people realized.
Yep, watching this makes me appreciate the oldtimers driving around in summer time even more.

I had to watch it twice to catch all the detail! Very nice work!🇨🇦👍
Perfection takes a considerable amount of time and can be highly aggravating, but you just feel better in the end. Great job Tony!
