Nah, I don't think we have any informations on if either he has it or not. I do believe he has a bankai, but he never gets to use it. It could be because his shikai is strong enough for the battle he fought, or because his bankai have things it needs to be pulled of. But what you say is interesting, because I think it can be a 3rd option. He hypnotised a lot of people so even if someone saw it, I guess he could just use his power. This is what make Aizen interesting, there is so much things we don't know about him. Oh, and if you didn't know I believe that he can only hypnotise people who saw the liberation of his zanpakuto. So when there was a big fight against him, there was people that wasn't hypnotised by it. If he did use his bankai there, we would know about it.

Aizen does know how to use a Bankai, to become a captain you must know how to use it. (With one exception for a different character) But he is never in a situation where he needs to, and the the time he his evolved to a point where using his bankai would be a downgrade.
