  • Spending 1 billion dollars on building a lake.. thats Florida. Spending $0 cleaning up the enviormental mess the 100,000 homeless people in the state are causing. $6.5 Billion could house every single homeless person in the state with a new 3/2 townhouse. - All video filmed in national parks was filmed BEFORE the laws about recording.

there is an organization of fishermen working on this restoration and according to the evidence they are using to make the case. they ARE talking about restoring the slow flow of the grassy wetlands... they make a compelling argument and i don't think they are being controlled by big sugar, or the state government. arguing over who is responsive just pushes the ball further down the road.

Water hadn't moved at all or I'd have water in my yard and my sea wall would fail. Hasn't happened in 40+ years my family has owned same house on the water. I have tons of pics from decades back of the water. So your knowledge about this topic is far off sadly. If it was rising I'd be first pushing for changes, but that's not at all the case.

Some people are homeless because they choose to be. Not all.
It’s a little deeper than you realize what the restoration is about.. I prefer my tax dollars going to restoration over housing homeless at this time, until a peer reviewed plan on who gets the housing, who builds the housing, where to put the housing, and putting homeless vets first.
Covering the canals will allow my Everglades to actually flow again, possibly allowing a clean up all the way up the Kissimmee to Orlando’s waters. What you know of the Everglades for the last 6 decades is a man made screw up that needs to be made right.. non native Floridians just don’t get it….
