Buying stuff for a salad is more expensive than ONE premade salad, but you can make several salads with those ingredients so in the end, making it at home is less expensive than eating out. That's the basis with pretty much every meal.

I'm currently doing the challenge and I'm on day 23, you just need to plan ahead and be organised and it's not so bad 😊 also it's a mental toughness challenge not a diet and exercise one, there are physical changes because of the work you put in but that's not the purpose of it
Walking lunges, Bulgarians split squat, rdl + variants, KAS bridges and hip thrusts, sumo squats and dead lifts, regular squats or elevated heel squats, push up and pull ups, calf raises, shoulder raises, tricep pull downs, seated rows, lateral pull downs, mobility stuff and functional core work, pelvic floor exercises such as reverse planks and learn how to use those deep core muscles in general…marching with dumbbell or barbell held over the header and cardio of any sort (dancing, hiit, LISS, cardio in general)
The reason why it feels more expensive to make a salad than buying a pre made one is because you’re buying enough food for multiple servings but if you break it down per serving it’ll actually be cheaper to make the salads at home.
