To answer the question about why villain teams don't just gang up on the protagonist, most can't work together and in this case especially would probably end up hurting each other more then the target. Short version: Villain teams can't coordinate.
Everyone knows any and all characters whether Heroes or Villains become nerfed by the Plot the second they all become a part of a large team. All the Demons would go down in one hit if they teamed up together under these laws.
It's literally the Cody thing, the instant you take away the thing holding them back then suddenly they're all super useless because otherwise that'd be so unbalanced it wouldn't make any actual sense. Sort-of how whenever a character can transform immediately afterwards their new form is just the new standard and their old form becomes the shittiest thing ever.

I honestly thought that the Shin Mazinger ZERO manga was actually really interesting, it kinda reminded me of the stuff I liked about the Getter mangas

I found it way easier to have the guard break on triangle instead of back and triangle, considering how often you need to guard break shit in this game.
So what I’m noticing is that Woolie has some really shit reaction time. He almost never gets a good guard break and instead spams the Mach jab into guard break all the time even when they’re not blocking. He also took a lot of Azel’s pummel before clashing back. I thought Woolie played fighting games...

Woolie has to deal with, the stress of preforming the fights, ignoring OR listening to Pat, I imagine he'd quite a busy guy, knowing he's going to be critiqued about his performance and also having to talk whilst playing. Far from the ideal gaming experience.
The way I see it, being a demon is much more fun. Being a god implies that you have the potential to one-shot everything, and that's gonna become boring after a while. As a demon, even though you're overpowered, you still have to work for that victory.
Tbf in the christian mythos, the angels have spheres of influence, and are therefore gods - and demons are just fallen angels, so the difference is moot. Hell, smt kinda calls that out and uses demon and god interchangeably. Having said this i don't know how other religions handle it. That being said, hinduism tends to have that too, to an extent anyway.
For anyone else inspired to play God Hand after watching this LP, if you're using PCSX2, turn down the sound latency in the sound plugin settings to 20-50 ms. You should notice a significant input delay drop.
I like how in that cut scene with the "DEVIL HAND" they don't even show up his left side just so they don't have to model his shirt and left hand properly.
A couple of things: -When you pick the girl photo while on god hand mode you actually cancel the godhand, and leave it almost full. -Why did you not put spinning backfist as the guard breaker? It's just as fast and it doesn't interrupt your combo, so if you do it early you at least get one extra hit in your combo. -Chain Yanker does the same thing ballbuster does, but it makes more damage and it's safer(you don't have to get close to activate it), so why not just replace it?
Dr Ion with his detachable limbs, and electricity theme reminds me of an early draft of Monsoon. 13:00 Oh wow, and Gene does to him what they did to Juggernaut in Deadpool 2.
I don't know anything about fighting games, but it looks like every time Woolie backflips, then does forward rollie poly rushing attack it fucks him up but bad. No one's embarrassed him about it yet, so he keeps doing it.
also, pretty sure they left the clipping on purpose because changing the camera distance would be terrible, and if you look, the environment out side has black walls that stop you from seeing the skybox or any other weird stuff

The juggle combos are more for looking cool and level die. At level die the juggles become necessary for crowd control

A couple of things:
-When you pick the girl photo while on god hand mode you actually cancel the godhand, and leave it almost full.
-Why did you not put spinning backfist as the guard breaker? It's just as fast and it doesn't interrupt your combo, so if you do it early you at least get one extra hit in your combo.
-Chain Yanker does the same thing ballbuster does, but it makes more damage and it's safer(you don't have to get close to activate it), so why not just replace it?

Chain Yanker is better then Ball Buster Woolie. It works on ladies and you can use it to grab one enemy at a time from distance :p

Problem with Mach Jab is the move takes too long, and if they are guarding, they can use the guard reversal easily if you don't guardbreak.
also, pretty sure they left the clipping on purpose because changing the camera distance would be terrible, and if you look, the environment out side has black walls that stop you from seeing the skybox or any other weird stuff

I like how the game went from desolate wasteland ramshackle towns to fucking nice ass waterfront cities. Usually by the end of the game you can say "OH you can see they were starting to run out of money and started to reuse models-" No, God Hand had money all the way through and only gets more extravagant and lavish as time goes on.

Love watching you guys play a game I always loved playing when I was younger. That dragon kick looks sick, but have you guys gotten the Chain Yanker Roulette skill yet? You can use it to stun harder opponents for a small follow up or use Yes man Kablam! to build up God charge. If you already knew, cool. Just wanted to see Woolz and Pat style on some fools.
