Well you know when we Practice Muay Thai we're not constantly in a 50/50 high guard right ?we get close, we clinch, footwork is always effective big brain, even if you do touch/score tkd lol
@@olionorAgreed, the gym where I practiced muay thai as a beginner never taught us footwork and there was a massive guy who practiced boxing before, whenever he were to attack my brain would short circuit... We simply weren't taught how to be mobile. It is af he was teleporting.

@@hoop6988what he shows isn’t a pendulum step. A pendulum step is more like the first move he does, the boxers bounce
@@letsgobrando5013 I think different people name the moves differently because when first saw that move I thought it was called a shuffle, but I’ve also seen people call it the pendulum step.
@@hoop6988 Calling it that would be incorrect though. You can literally Google a pendulum step dude. It’s a back and forth bounce, hence the name pendulum. I've always known the move hes actually doing as shifting (forwards and backwards)

Its like dancing. Practice the micromovements slowly. Add speed over time. You're gonna be clonky and walking over your feet like a giraffe in the beginning. But slow down. Spend a round practing movement. Don't throw a single punch. Just move.

i have a couch that teach me how to Step he said " make ur right leg free and hard ur left leg , and do not step like walk but slide it" we usually not wearing socks so if i slide it kinda burn my sole

the mat doesn't work guys you just you can't you can have such a limited stance are limited fighting base is teaching people muscle memory to go in a specific position when a fight anything happens people have different size people have different reach if I'm fighting a guy but a different reach and another guy than mathematics tanks need to be why doesn't it so I have a lower bass so I can drop down so I can so I can slip and be able to spring back with a nice counting and having a power behind it that match you need to rethink it make it double A Side guys and you need to make it a bit more fun because you don't need that matter that it's not going to do anything you need to make it bigger and you need to make some stuff light up on it so it tells you where to go and have you need a DVD

Pendulum is supposed to be a small movement of rocking forward and backward slightly while staying on the same spot not whatever you did
