I feel that Ironbros is probably the MM2 challenge that demands the most patience. cause while Super Expert no skips has some of the toughest levels, at least you can see a game over coming. meanwhile in Ironbros you can just die outta nowhere and all of your progress goes to hell. really makes you think about how GrandPooBear tried so hard to beat it. he really wanted to finish off the monster he created
Grand poo bear was not destined to finish the challenge, I'm glad he gave up. I'm sure even penga is not destined to finish it.. it's too luck based, at least penga stays chill when he dies, were GPB I worry for him
That second level you phased was an (awful) recreation of as mencioned dark scy facility, the hardest insane map of flood escape 2, a game where you need to escape the rising floood, in this case lava , pressing buttons along the way to unlock the rest of the map, wich is why there were on off switches
Honestly i thought Panga was trolling with not knowing what WC stands for, considering it's like a universal sign for toilet and everyone in Europe should understand it (double funny considering level was made by someone from Japan)

If you pause the video, it shows the overlapping mushrooms as half-red and half-green, but it is trying to show both so fast, your eye can't catch the difference and blends into that color. And it is interesting how the spawns of the items make the difference, as the middle also has the two mushrooms, but the red one spawned with the parachute.
You shouldn't have boo'd the boss rush level, you were just salty you got it in a challenge, there was nothing wrong with the level and many people enjoy boss rushes.
