31:00 The reason why you see a lot of famous & imp hindu temples in Kashmir while 99% of population is muslim is bcos historically Kashmir was considered as cradle of Hindu civilisation.
Great sanskrit poets , philosophers , thinkers have been born here , its considered as the home of Shaivism. But after consecutive islamic invasions it became Islamized , and after partition and militancy exported by PAK it became exclusively Islamic , remaining Hindus had to migrate to save their life.
So the fact that you as non-muslim & other hindus are roaming freely around there in market & temples is a result of great sacrifices that our people had to make and are still making in deep & dark valleys fighting extremists & terrorists.
So as Indians we are very proud that we achieved sth which all western forces with their enormous wealth & tech couldn't in Afg or Middle East.

Government should launch some subsidy and support plans for this. Whole of auto rikshaw fleet should be replaced. This will serve as inspiration to other regions as well for change in consumption patterns.

My personal opinion is this change has to start from all major touristic hilly regions across India.

Chesmashahi is a spring water source like there are many many in Kashmir; it's not a holy site. Nearby you can find a Hindu Mandir also with a spring water source; that site is a holy site. Beside Nishat Bagh is another spring water source, owned by the Lake and Waterways (old name is LAWDA). In Brein Nishat, underneath a Masjid is also a spring water source. Kashmir has spring water sources everywhere. I always collect spring water for daily consumption as it's the freshest and most energetic water in Kashmir. If you visit Dachigam National Park, also nearby in Harwan, it's possible to drink the water from the streams; that's the source of tap water in Srinagar city and around.

    Just for your Information.
Tipu Sultan has absolutely no connections with either Kashmir or Pakistan
He was the Sultan of the Southern Islamic Sultanate of Mysore in modern day Karnataka India
When Tipu Sultan fell fighting in Battle in 1799, one of the regiments whose soldiers were slashing their swords at him was the 94th Regiment of Foot - A Scottish regiment of the British East India Company.

The Masjid you entered is Durgah Hazratbal. Pity though you didn't visit the lake side of the Masjid and the larger part of the genuine Durgah market, where typical Kashmiri products and local produce are made and-or sold, like a farmers-bakers-meat market (and more). On the lakeside you have beautiful views on the Masjid, Dallake and the market. You were so much in a rush, as a result you've missed many nice spots of where you were. For instance, Nishat garden backside is also very beautiful and at the side of the flower garden is a quiet part with many old chinar trees, like a forest.
