Would never be prosecuted. The whole point of sub 250g being exempt from regulations is that if it was to crash it is extremely unlikely to cause any harm or injury. Therefore interrupting the operator of such a machine is also extremely unlikely to cause harm or injury and therefore very low risk and not something which would be prosecuted.

    • @TheSadButMadLad
      @TheSadButMadLad Год назад

It would be gaslighting, but still worthwhile making them aware that they might be the ones in the wrong.
To be pedantic, for sub 250g drones only article 241 applies which is about recklessly or negligently causing or permitting an aircraft to endanger any person or property. A sub 250g will just return home, but it could also be attacked by a seagull causing it to crash. The damage is likely to be minimal but damage is damage and the scale of damage doesn't make any difference. Same with a drone hitting someone, unless the drone fly into someone and the propellor blades caused an injury.

There's an A road/motorway sign erected by the Department of Transport on the grass verge outside Iceland. There are also Telecoms manhole covers at this location. There is a change is road surface colour in the entrance of the car park. I would guess that the pavement and grass verge up to the line of the car park entrance line is public property.
The lack of a visible colour change in the pavement surfacing at this point makes me suspicious that the pavement continuing in front of the Iceland building is public property or as a minimum a publicly accessible footpath. The professional conduct of the 2 Iceland orange vest men was highly suspect and brings Iceland into disrepute.

Always ask them what the threat level is. They can’t answer it. There are 5 levels of threat:
low - an attack is highly unlikely
moderate - an attack is possible but not likely
substantial - an attack is likely
severe - an attack is highly likely
critical - an attack is highly likely in the near future
    We are at substantial.

'Oy' says that old Iceland yob. He belongs in bloody Iceland - on his own in a leaking igloo.
And his grinning imbecile of a mate was just as horrible as Igloo was.
The decaying PCSO seemed higher than the Shard - does he think we still have farthings and threepenny bits as well??
Then fast talking hyper tensed up PC Get-a kick making a complete prat of himself thanks to your unique technique - the way you laughed in his face was fantastic.
More brilliantly lethal laughing and courtesy NA, thank you. I especially love you telling cops how nice they are when they're nothing of the sort 🤣🤣 - it completely throws them.

1st Muller guy was pretty sound to be fair, although he still had to give the superfluous advise, "...just be careful of the vehicles..."
I wonder if he stands outside the toilets and says to people going in "just be careful when wiping your arse, obviously, there will be a lot of shit around the area, and we don't want you getting any on your hands..." 🙄😆
