As I have said before - however much I dislike Baldwin, he was the least of the fish to fry. He should have only been charged with negligent handling of the firearm because he indeed did just that - all evidence and his own words had everything for that charge in the bag. The true causing defendants were Halls and Hannah, who should have both gotten the same charge and sentence of 18 months. Their responsibilities were to direct the safety of the set and they both failed miserably. Hannah should have quit when she found her roll was too overwhelming and if Halls was actually acting his role, he would have fired her, stuck to the rules of handling firearms, and held those safety meetings. Kari needs to be sanctioned and suspended for her role in the info dissemination issues and causing so much waste of money and not respecting the victims enough to do the right things with the right charges to the right people. Why can’t the court sanction this woman??? I watched some of her speaking about the motion and she had the stupendous audacity to blame the DEFENSE, because apparently buried somewhere in their discovery was an unlabeled PICTURE of the bullets (as though that’s a substitute for the entire pantheon of material that was utterly absent, like the interview and the fact that it was all hidden under a DIFFERENT CASE NUMBER). ...It seems like you missed some details so here's a couple of important details: 1. There was a certified Armourer whose job on set was to ensure the gun was safe for the actors and production crew to use for a prop. 2. In retrospect one can easily see he clearly used his testimony to incriminate Hannah and particularly as the one who brought the live ammo onto the movie set and put the bullet in the gun. It was Seth who told investigators that she likely brought them from her dad's armoury but as we found out from the suppressed evidence, in reality Thel had not brought home the ammo in question and so Hannah did not have ease of access to the bullets as Seth alleged.
