Excel: How to Round using ROUND(), ROUNDUP() and ROUNDDOWN() functions

  • To round numbers to specific decimal places you will want to use the ROUND() function, this actually rounds the number off rather than using number formatting where it is just how it is displayed. You can also choose to round it up using ROUNDUP() and round down using, you guessed it, ROUNDDOWN(). ROUND() using conventional rounding to round up and down.
    There is also the INT() function if you want to make it an integer that completely loses the decimal places, you can chose to have no decimal places with any of the three functions mentioned above.     thank you for the video. can you share with me how i can copy the total amount from one spreadsheet (the total amount is the sum up of multiple transactions) to another one
