Yeah, I think all able carry bags have something like that, its great for backup money/cards
Weight is problem. Wish it were around 800gm. Also it looks a bit mushed near the top so not super clean. And a bit boring choice of grey inner. Still overall a very nice bag.
Yeah I agree, its really rather heavy for its capacity. Thats why I prefer the able carry day breaker 2 because its 25L and under 1kg
I like it for my EDC or Travel./Carry on

If you wanted a really good workbag / edc bag for laptop and everyday use I think its worth it. Its really well made and always stands up on its own and has a nice arrangement of pockets for things. Out of all my bags I often grab that one for everyday errands because its comfortable and not too big and always has enough space for a day of use.
I wouldnt use it as a travel bag though because its fairly heavy while empty for its size (which is why its better for short day use) and there are lighter/bigger bags that do travel better. Not that you couldnt use it for travel but it wouldnt be my first choice. It definitely does edc, daily / work bag best though and I think thats where its value shines
