Use check boxes to control custom conditional formatting scenarios on your worksheet that will allow you to analyze your data much faster and more efficiently than before.
This allows you to quickly analyze your data to see which values stand out or need a closer look.
Using this method, you will be able to use a check box to highlight important data within a Table, including entire rows or specific cells - including the Max or Min values, above average, below average, and any other mathematical formula that you'd like to see.

Hi there, you can use the checkboxes to highlight whatever lines you want based on the criteria that you input into the formulas that you use for the Conditional Formatting feature. Build the formulas on their own first though because they can quickly become complicated.

For the third and fourth formulas, the entire line will not highlight for me, only the first on the line.

Try starting the formulas from scratch, they are very easy to mess-up.

It can happen if the range in the ‘Applies to’ column of the Conditional Formatting dialog is not set to your full line for that formatting rule
