I like how both Thanos and the Joker have human random nobodies they like to check in on just to fuck with.
Joker made an example of a dude, Thanos just found someone and messed with them from birth.
Ikr so fcking annoying
@@grundianit was first an example till it just became something bro liked
This is not the first time Joker made a man his hobby.
He did the same in the animated series
I know.
*Charlie will remember that*
😊
Dear heaven
Batman is really just as crazy as the joker. He knows the joker can escape but keeps locking him up instead of finding more permanent solutions.
He's super rich and could make a prison just for him. Doesn't even have to kill him
That’s so true just do a prison like with unjustified super man
In Under the Red Hood, Bruce tells Jason (Red Hood) that if he ever kills somebody, he'll never stop. That's why he never killed the Joker, even if it means avenging Jason's death.
Batman had already suffered from the trauma of his parents' death. So it's likely that vigilantism was basically his way of coping with the trauma.
Such a good friend this joker guy is.
When someone commits a crime, send him to Arkham
When someone is traumatized by a criminal, send him to Arkham
When a criminal who traumatized a patient escapes, send him back to Arkham
let them be traumatized 😂😂
I dont know how this channel is so unknown, I've seen basically every video and it has such great narrations

@Agente13840 Wow nice quick maths
As always you do an amazing job with presenting this. Joker is really a good friend, he never let him down
Tommy just fucking around with that fuck around and fucked around and found out.
If you fuck around with the fuck around you gonna fuck around and get fucked around
Better friends than enemies
I guess
Joker is just a nephilem society of gangstalkers rolled into one character lol
This video shows how excellent of a Joker voice Richard Epcar has, even if this was made via AI!
Also, I wonder which version of the Joker would do something like this.
It makes him sound human which I like better for the joker, the more normal he appears the scarier he becomes when you hear the laughter and truly see the smile and stained colours of his body for what they really are.
The Joker is such a good villain, no superpowers, just good old fashioned insanity!
Imagine what he could do to thanos
Isn't this the exact same story as when Thanos keept checking on 1 human man every birthday to ruin his life? Which story came out first of the two?
They are similar but at the same time different in this case their is more or less a reason for jokers obsession and his response is more or less the same level of fucked up shit on the other hand Mr I love death dosent really give his reason for his chosen target and his level of let me fuck up with him swings wildly
This guy is too good. Keep it up👌
nice story like always, underrated channel
Loving the channel.
i love your videos :D
Thanks for the cool storytelling.
The writers really and I mean *really* love to glorify a psychopath.
The original idea of joker was a guy stealing for his family then turning psycho from chemicals and doing deadly pranks on batman
the joker has become a symbol or a mythological figure at this point. but yea, i also dont like this glorifying of psychos
The original idea for the Joker was a master criminal with a clown motif, who died in the same issue where he first appeared.
I love your format.
Just found your Chanel via plastic man video definitely subscribing with the bell on
Joker: see...this is how you make a gooood friend...❤❤🎉
Joker really did a number on this guy
Tommy : I seen guys kill more
Joker : kill his friend
Tommy : I'm scared
Joker : check your wife
Tommy : aw hell nah
Like the joker didint even started his insane stuff or even tryed
Dude. Just don’t ignore him. He’ll get bored lol.
He made that guy lose his sanity
>Me playing Middle Earth: Shadow of War with the Orc Captains
The DC version of the Thanos story visiting a guy every birthday.
What a Fantastic Video!
You're Underrated!
This comic shows how ignoring your best friend will not only hurt his feelings but will show the world how bad of a person you are. Narcissistic behavior will cause your wife to leave you, cause your boss to fire you,and will absolutely kill your roommate. Thomas is the true villain here the Joker was just a figment of his imagination. His boss told everyone else to let Thomas go and do whatever he wants. The Joker only shows up when Thomas is under stress. His alter ego was just him pretending to be the Joker. The last panel proves this.
All that and he never thought to move out of the state?
It can't be helped. People in Gotham are terminally stupid.
Joker would have found him.
the death sentence just doesn't exist in the dc universe.
joker is basically restart every time he loses and the asylum is the tutorial level.
Wow!!!
Joker: "You underestimate my power!"
Tommy: "Don't try it!"
*Joker then proceeds to mentally fuck with Tommy for a really long time*
While I understand that DC might be hesitant to permanently eliminate the Joker due to financial considerations, some narratives seem to highlight the implausibility of the character's repeated escapes. In certain instances, is just like "Why are you sending him back to the asylum if he is only going to set a new World Record in how long it will take him to escape." Not only that, but he fled twice in one year and six months. I know I am not saying anything new to anyone that reads comics, but this is just very rt4rd3d
Most of these comics are, there's some tropes they can't just leave behind, like Joker scaping, inconsistent power levels, shitty heroes without superpowers being better at everything than actual SUPERheroes. I think people have to turn off the critical thinking part of the brain to enjoy the characters.
@@James_Byron Because of stuff like these, I never felt engaged enough to truly enjoy Western comics (i.e. DC and Marvel). Manga is getting like this for me as well. James, you are correct in pointing out that individuals would switch off their analytical process in order to appreciate the characters, however this is incredibly difficult for me lol. I appreciate this channel because of the usage of AI for narration, sound files, and panel movement; I can honestly simply listen to it because it was well done and piqued my attention, but sitting down and reading through these comics would be torturous for me.
@@James_Byron "shitty heroes without superpowers being better at everything than actual SUPERheroes"
can we not pretend that super boringgarystueman its in anyway better than the question, or any other good heroes? most of those "SuperHeroes" are just: "i'M ALONE AM THE CHOOSEN ONE"
I love comics, but comics suck, the only fun part ARE the "shitty heroes without superpowers", I mean, i can only handle a few times of "I'm superman, the hope of the universe and I was holding backk all this time!"
Always enjoy this braindead argument because it always exposes how little people know about Superman( and don't know what a Gary Stu is). The guy is very fallible: he's been brainwashed on numerous occasions, has multiple people in his own series alone who are outright more powerful/intelligent/etc.than he is, has died multiple times and has failed to save someone/protect Earth several times. A Gary Stu is literally perfect and flawless, something Supes ain't. Meanwhile, DC's writers treat Bats as a prep god that anticipates everything and can't be defeated despite being a normal human. They also act as though his decisions are above reproach. So, stop with the false equivalence bullshit.
@@James_ByronSadly that doesn’t really work when they constantly write Joker as one of the most elaborate, complex characters in the DC Universe capable of playing 4D Chess with anyone he comes into contact with.
Omg that was Best love story ever ❤😊
the ending tho😮
Joker has a best friend so cute
as messed up as this was the guy literally called joker out and asked "whats scary about him?"
its like the more realistic vers of that episode from batman animated series, regular guy gets stalked by joker
Is Joker only active in Gotham? Because if that was the case, Tommy could just move to literally anywhere else.
Didn't help Charlie.
The wholw thing is the epitome of fuck around and find out.
How does anyone has access to Joker's media history and wonder how is he scary???
"He quickly manages to track the Joker down." Like wtf? Couldn't the police or Batman have done that?
Bro fucked around and found out
His wife left him, but his best friend remaind loyal. Based story.
"Bros before hoes"
🦇Batman absolutely SUCKS!!!
How many lives must The Joker destroy?
How many lives must The Joker end?
How much destruction must The Joker cause?
Knowing that The Joker always escapes, Batman allows it because he needs his arch nemesis. How many people must The Joker MURDER in order for Batman to put him down and truly protect Gotham?
I thought I was alone thinking this. Batman uses Gotham City as his playground. If crime is solved in Gotham there would be no use for Batman.
@@LutherMahoney
True.
If you think about this. Batman is responsible.
Surprised Batman didn't hide him from the joker

Joker’s best friend is his flip flops slippers and that’s me! Yes. His feet are white, too. The Game Uhhhh!
The Morgan Freeman ai narrator is crazy
joker literally took it personally
of course batman didnt kill joker again so he can escape the prison and kill innocent for a thousandth time 😂😂 Best fkn hero ever
Idk why people shit on Batman for not killing when he isn’t the only hero that has a no kill code.
And batman will still be like "nah I won't kill the joker"
Ü
That wretched story sounds absolutely horrible. I like stories written by people who believe in heroism. It appears that James Tynion IV is NOT one of them.
I wonder how batman feels about the victims of Jokers after he breaks out of the jail in which batman put him in. Afterall, if Batman or judicial system of Arkham was reasonable enough, they won't have kept this clown alive in any way.
Just as bad as Thanos 😂
This one comic explains why Batman is the real menace. Why Batman's moral code is the real villain.
Buddy could have ended the suffering for Tommy and the countless others.
And Tommy could also have killed the joker with a gun every time he was visited.
Why does Batman has to be the executioner in your eyes? Why can't it be the cops? Why does Batman has to kill just because you or anyone with this notion wants him too? He not a killer. He doesn't have to be. At any point in time a cop could have blown Joker's brains across the back of a containment wagon. A guard could have done the same thing. A judge could have given a rush order on the death penalty based on how horrific his crimes are. My point is Batman doesn't need to be a killer just because a reader thinks it is just. The hardest thing is not having Batman kill him, but you have to consider what a superhero killing means. People will say killing Joker is different, yes to a reader. However, if you write it that means Batman lives with it. You have to understand killing is not something that Batman doesn't and can't truly do. At least if a writer understands why. So, I always ponder why Batman? Why must he kill? There are other people who can and has reason to. I wouldn't hate a story much like the one in this story when Joker is caught an nobody officer just pumps six rounds into the Joker skull. Then have one more tie-in where it is the trial of that officer, I am not sure how I have the trial go. I know with the reporting around it I would have intense public support for him, but also more harsh criticism of the idea of an officer executing someone. Or maybe do it with a normal guy who became one of Joker's henchmen just to kill him. Rambling aside why Batman must kill him? There's a whole city of people who could do it too. It does need or have to be him. It just readers trying to drag Batman to do something they explicitly know he is against.
